Rent my three-room apartment located on Klevenudden in Smögen! The apartment is a new production that was completed in the summer of 2018, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view. From the apartment, you have a swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 minutes' walk to the Smögen pier. Parking space is available in the garage under the property with an elevator up to the apartment. When renting, you need to bring your own bed linens and towels. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Age limit 25

Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.

Parking is not possible at the house, but you can load and unload the car at the property.

The apartment is about 100 meters from Tången's nice swimming area. A beautiful and quiet area close to the sea. The apartment is normally rented to 2 people but since there are 2 extra beds, it is also suitable for a family with children. Double bed in private bedroom. The 2 extra beds are in the living room. Approximately 2-3 km to the city center, shops, bus stop. Free parking for 1 car.
