Njut av charmen från en nybyggd stuga i tre ettage. På framsidan finns en liten terrass med bord och stolar, perfekt att avnjuta frukosten i morgon solen. I stugan finns ett fullkittat kök med ett trevligt fönster vid diskhon. 2 trappsteg upp hamnar du i en mysig soffgrupp med möjlighet att titta på tv samt bädda ut soffan till en 140 bred säng. Efter en hel dag med sol och bad på stranden som ligger ca 50 meter bort, tar du dig ner för trappan till det lite svalare sovrummet med 160 säng.

Promenad på ca 4 min till ICA och hamnen där Zitabåtarna avgår till Smögen. Ca 5 min promenad till Kungshamns fina motionslinga med tillhörande utegym och hinderbana för barnen

Hyr vår helt nyproducerade lgh på mysiga Klevudden i Smögen. 100 m. till klipporna och 100 m. bryggan ligger vår 3:a med många bäddar och en stor balkong med havsutsikt. Från Kleven tar det ca 5 min promenad till Smögenbryggan. Saker som finns i lgh och ni är fria att använda är: täcken, kuddar, filtar, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, hårtork, diskmaskin, Webergrill, tv. P-plats finns under huset med hiss upp till lgh. Inga husdjur, ej rökning och inga "partygäng". Åldersgräns 30 år.

Välkomna till en vistelse fylld av salta bad, färska räkor och ledighet. Vi erbjuder en nybyggd lägenhet om 60 kvm med en generös uteplats i eftermiddagssolen. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt område med endast ett par minuters gång till närmsta bad och restauranger, likaså Zitabåten som på sommaren tar er över till Smögenbryggan o/e Hållöexpressen som tar er till västkustens finaste bad. Alla årstider har sin charm ~ Friska vindar och lugnt tempo under höst och vinter.

Only 300 meters to where you can swim in the ocean. 100 meters to the harbor where you can take the boat to Smögen and Hållö. Please note that cleaning is not included in the price. Can you translate this into Swedish? Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed. Note: I only accept more than 2 guests under certain conditions, contact me for more info.

Underbar lgh med havsutsikt i centrala Kungshamn

Helrenoverad och mysig lägenhet med egen ingång. Det är två sovrum, ett vardagsrum och ett mindre kök. Havsutsikt med vy mot Smögenbron. Ca 200 meter till populär badplats och ungefär lika kort väg till Kungshamn centrum där du bland annat hittar mysiga Hamnbageriet samt Zitabåtarna som tar er över till Smögen.
