Stor ljus nyrenoverad lägenhet på 80 kvm med havsutsikt från alla rum. Stor balkong med soffa och matplats med havsutsikt. Endast ca 75 m från havet och Fisketångens populära badplats. Vårt hus ligger på en lugn gata och det är ca 1,5 km ner till Kungshamns centrum där båtar går till både Smögen och Hållö. Det finns många fina platser i omgivningarna inom promenadavstånd. Boendet är på 2a våningen. Parkering o slutstädning ingår ej. Ca 100 m från boendet finns parkering. Lakan o handdukar ingår

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Njut hela året i unik pittoresk miljö. Lugnt promenadvänligt område med boende nära havet ca 100 meter till bad. Centrum med affärer, restauranger, pubar, butiker, vårdcentral, busshållplats tar ca 15 minuter att promenera till eller ta med Pick-nick på Klåvholmen, 5 minuter via Pontonbro. Njut på avstånd av båtarna som passerar vid Havets E6. Stillheten råder kvällstid, men önskas nattliv ta taxibåt från centrum rakt upp på Smögenbryggan med sjudande folkliv på sommar och stillhet vintertid.

Njut av charmen från en nybyggd stuga i tre ettage. På framsidan finns en liten terrass med bord och stolar, perfekt att avnjuta frukosten i morgon solen. I stugan finns ett fullkittat kök med ett trevligt fönster vid diskhon. 2 trappsteg upp hamnar du i en mysig soffgrupp med möjlighet att titta på tv samt bädda ut soffan till en 140 bred säng. Efter en hel dag med sol och bad på stranden som ligger ca 50 meter bort, tar du dig ner för trappan till det lite svalare sovrummet med 160 säng.

Hyr vår helt nyproducerade lgh på mysiga Klevudden i Smögen. 100 m. till klipporna och 100 m. bryggan ligger vår 3:a med många bäddar och en stor balkong med havsutsikt. Från Kleven tar det ca 5 min promenad till Smögenbryggan. Saker som finns i lgh och ni är fria att använda är: täcken, kuddar, filtar, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, hårtork, diskmaskin, Webergrill, tv. P-plats finns under huset med hiss upp till lgh. Inga husdjur, ej rökning och inga "partygäng". Åldersgräns 30 år.

Välkomna till en vistelse fylld av salta bad, färska räkor och ledighet. Vi erbjuder en nybyggd lägenhet om 60 kvm med en generös uteplats i eftermiddagssolen. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt område med endast ett par minuters gång till närmsta bad och restauranger, likaså Zitabåten som på sommaren tar er över till Smögenbryggan o/e Hållöexpressen som tar er till västkustens finaste bad. Alla årstider har sin charm ~ Friska vindar och lugnt tempo under höst och vinter.

Only 300 meters to where you can swim in the ocean. 100 meters to the harbor where you can take the boat to Smögen and Hållö. Please note that cleaning is not included in the price. Possible to add bed linen and towels for 100 SEK/person. Please notify when doing your booking.

Can you translate this into Swedish? Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
