Villa vacation rentals in Kungälv Municipality

Lovely location in the countryside - on its own, but short to more harbor life and shopping opportunities, both by car, bike and walking distance. We were a little excited if the nearby road would be remarkable, but it wasn't at all something we noticed. Lovely views, though. The layout of the home was a perfect fit for our company with 2 adults +2children and 1 adult +2children. In addition, a lovely kitchen, living room and living room, as well as a good garden. Perfect for everyone to be on their own or socialize. The house was in great condition, and we hope we left it in similar condition. The private parts of the owners were nicely marked, so it was easy to see what could be used and what we left. Instructions on use, cleaning, and great suggestions for exploring Tjörn were also simple and easily accessible. Communication with Owner was simple and pleasant - you guys are great! Thanks for the loan.

Simon's house is at a small lake, separated by a small road off the main road. There is a swimming area at walking distance. You can walk around the lake and there is a nature reserve nearby. The house and its surroundings are extremely well maintained. The interior is nicely designed with new furniture and it has a fully equipped kitchen. The television has several streaming services available through Apple TV for those rainy days and evenings. The outside deck is massive and there are several seating areas which is great. We loved the fact we could charge our car at the house with a provided charger, but there is also a Tesla Supercharger at 10' drive. The kitchen was hyper equipped with a supermarket at 5' drive. Simon was very responsive and even came over one night to solve an issue with a light, and he provided us with local sightseeing, museum and children attractions tips, of which we used several ones, like the Universeum. Highly recommended.

Eva's villa is a paradise. There is certainly no better place on Tjörn to spend a wonderful time with a large family or many friends. The house is spacious and airy, with attention to detail in every corner. There are plenty of opportunities for shared indoor and outdoor activities, as well as quiet retreats. The terrace offers plenty of sun and shade and opens onto a garden with beautiful rocks, plants and fruit trees. The children loved playing in the garden and we could even see the sea in the distance. Everything you need is already in the house. You can start your vacation immediately. Eva is a very warm and uncomplicated hostess and also had good tips for things to do nearby. The time in the villa passed far too quickly and we would love to return to this special place. Incredibly nice and peaceful place! Very nice hosts with good response time, flexible on the number of guests and solution-oriented. An extra little bonus as a welcome gift: eggs from the garden's chickens - they were amazing!

We had a really good stay at Frida's place. The home is spacious. It is decorated bright, user-friendly and comfortable. The house is highly located with "delicate spots" both inside and out. Here we enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful view. The home is within driving distance to places of interest such as Ytterby kirkeruin, Ragnhildsholmen Borgruin and Bohus Fortress. We were 6 adults and 4 kids and everyone was super happy!!! Everyone loved the pool, the kids didn't want to leave the house, they wanted to swim all the time. Folding ping pong table was used frequently. There were many board games. The views are amazing. Great patios. A top apartment to rent with a host who was very easy to get in touch with if a question arose. Highly recommended.

Jonas and Pernilla are extremely welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed every day at the property, host helped with electric charger. It is a spacious and comfortable place for 4ppl and a small dog. Woods are nearby.

This connects to the large decked area where the swimming pool is. The pool area sees the sun most of the day, and the pool is very nice indeed. The bedrooms are good size and beds are comfy. Upstairs is large lounge area with a super comfy sofa, big TV and excellent views towards the coast, and a cheeky sauna snuck into a corner. The whole place as a feeling of quality with great design touches. The area is nice and quiet, within walking distance to great coastline with nice places to go for a swim. Tjörn with more beeches and cosy seaside villages are a short drive away. The local area feels quite residential and don't expect a large selection of restaurants within walking distance. The local pizza, burgers, Thai food place was however good so there are local eating options when you can't be bothered to cook. Excellent place, would recommend!

It was our second visit to the home and we were just as excited this time. Everything is good quality and we enjoy both house and garden. Jennifer and Jens are great helpful hosts who generously give good advice to sights. We felt very welcome and would love to come again.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. The host couple is nice and easy to deal with, was always on hand if we had questions. We've really felt like at home, relaxing, watching movies, reading, and enjoying getting away from everyday life. There was nothing that we were missing. The home looks as pictured and is clean and orderly. Bathed a lot in the hot tub - amazing to look at the stars at night, despite the cold and the frost settling on the ground - in the morning lovely with sun and zero degree – we were really lucky with the weather this weekend. It was great to bring extra swimsuit, then I had a dry one to put on after the shower before the bath. Bought with Thai food and sushi from restaurants in Kungälv. There are grocery stores for the purchase of breakfast and drinks. It is possible to get there by bus, about 40 minutes from Gothenburg. You live near the host couple, but felt like we were staying with friends, so it worked out well. Can really recommend the place - thanks for a nice weekend! We couldn't have had a better time.
