Welcome to our newly-built peaceful house with adorable views, the house is secluded. Nature creates peace and harmony. Large terrace with evening sun and also terrace for breakfast in the morning sun. Perfect for lovely days/evenings outdoors. Bathing areas to various lakes are close by. Bathroom in the sea about 30 minutes. Gothenburg 30 minutes by car or commuter train 20 minutes from Nol station 5 minutes by car. Sponge blueberries/lingonberries as well as hiking opportunities/nature reserves are right nearby. Nearby is disc golf.

Close to the pulse of the big city, you will find the tranquility of the countryside in this manor house from the end of the 17th century. Here, among others, the director of the East India Company and the commander of Gothenburg have lived. The house has a large garden with farms and lawns as well as 4 patios in 3 directions. Generous spaces make it easy to socialize. There are 3 bedrooms with room for 6 people and a library with a sofa bed for 2 people, but the size of the house allows for up to a total of 10 people in extra beds.
