Peaceful accommodation by the sea

With the sea in the eye-catcher is the guesthouse built in 2021 on a part of our property. There are sleeping places for four people, two in the double bedroom and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse includes a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a swimming ladder from cliffs 200 m away. It is just over a km to the municipal swimming area with jetties. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions at Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Cabin with great views and shared swimming jetty

Relax with family in our little paradise. Enjoy the quiet surroundings with only 15min bike path all the way to Marstrand and 3min with a car. About 30 meters from the cabin there is a bathing jetty, bring floating toys and let the kids play in the water, go for forest walks or if you want some pulse bike into Marstrand. The cottage consists of a small house of 18m2 with two beds (sofa bed) and a frigge stall with 4 beds (of which 2 beds up on a bunk bed). Suitable for all families with children, couples, friends.

Seaside dream accommodation

Relax in this house with its seaside location. Here you live to yourself with the sea as your closest neighbor. Eat your meals out on the porch and look out over the Hakefjord while hearing the wave. In the evening you enjoy in front of the magical sunsets over Tjörn on the other side of the water. There is a double kayak and a canoe for those who want to venture out to the nearby islands. Swimming area from jetty only 5 minutes away (sometimes somewhat shallow due to tides) , more and larger swimming areas are nearby

House near the sea with incredible 180-degree sea view

Hi, come and spend a summer week in our wonderful house with 180-degree sea views and close to swimming areas that are almost always empty. The house has a large plot and because it is the last one on the road, it has hardly any visibility, which gives a calm and exclusive feeling. We also lend out kayaks with which you can paddle out to uninhabited islands nearby or why not a seal safari early mornings. The island also offers many excursions in the area, Åstol, Dyrön, Skärhamn, Pilane etc.

The house, built in 2023, has a spacious living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Fresh bathroom with shower and floor heating. Guest room with 3 beds. Big, cozy loft with a double bed and space for sitting circles. Laundry machine. Outdoor fireplace, small guest cabin and direct access to forest trails behind the house. Access to kayak.

Summer cottage on Tjörn by beautiful swimming area

A stone's throw from beautiful coves, this summer cottage is located on Tjörn, at beautiful Olsnäs and Fagerfjäll. Modern kitchen, lovely large living room and 3 bedrooms, there is also a toilet in the cottage and a shower at the back of the house. Large garden with space for play and badminton, 2 near bathing areas(about 80m) to choose from, near Skärhamn with culture and restaurants. Patio with outdoor grill and large seating. !Not recommended for fur animal allergy sufferers!

Small guest house with a beautiful sea view. The house has a combined living room with a bed. Kitchen with space for nice dinners. Grill outside. 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower/WC. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities. Outside you have a small terrace in front of the house with seating groups in different weather strokes. A short walk away is the beach or a famous grave field called Pilane.

Scenic Rörö

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The island is 2/3 a nature reserve that offers beautiful nature experiences, rich birdlife and several swimming areas. ICA Nära is open every day and the ferries run regularly. There are opportunities for many different sports activities such as paddle court, tennis court, boule court and volleyball court. The landlord provides kayaks and life jackets.
