This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. Our apartment is situated in small place called Djenovici, right next to a new luxury resort Portonovi and 140m away from the beach. The sea is actualy right across the street, but no swimming is allowed here, it is a D Marin Portonovi, a world-class marina. We are 7 kilometers away from the old town of Herceg Novi. You will love staying here because you will feel the love with which this place is prepared. We made it just like for us. And we love comfort.

The interior of the house is completely adapted to the modern way of life. Although not so big in size, it provides comfort and everything that is needed for a good and relaxing vacation. Apartment is located 220m (5 minutes walk) to the beach. It is placed on the hill side which brings you to the panoramic view of Boka Bay, from the balcony. Neighbourhood is quite with a lot of nature surrounding the area. Enjoy the fantastic view of the Bay of Kotor in a modern and newly renovated apartment! The house is located away from busy roads, in a quiet area at 60 meters above sea level. The way to the sea is only about 5 to 10 minutes by foot. Shopping facilities are nearby (by car 5 minutes), to Herceg Novi it is about 10 minutes. There is also a bus to the city.
