We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great place to stay, I will book again without a doubt. Very close to the Bahnhof and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The views from the apartment are amazing and the place feels like home. Host is a nice person.

We had a truly lovely experience. The accommodation was exactly as described – everything matched the pictures and all the promised facilities were available. The location was just perfect, making it so easy for us to visit many beautiful spots like Zugspitze, Eibsee, and Linderhof Castle. We really enjoyed our time and felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

The place looks better in real life than in the pictures. Everything was good.

Die Wohnung war super. Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Lage war nah zum Skibus. Frank selbst war super lieb und hat uns bereits vorab ausreichend Informationen über alle wichtigen Sachen zukommen lassen.

Très bel appartement : grand (nous étions 4), fonctionnel, confortable et calme. Pavla et Radek sont très aimables et serviables. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Bekvämt med gångavstånd till skidbuss, mataffär och restauranger. Bra med badrum till de flesta sovrum och fint med skidförvaring i källaren med uppvärmning till pjäxor.

Really great apartment. We stayed there with 4 people and for us it was more than enough space. The location was super quiet and very relaxing and only 20mins away from the lift. Highly recommend it

The stay at the resort was awesome. Petra at the reception was very friendly and offered us an easy check-in outside working hours because our trip was delayed. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. The scenery around the place is outstanding. I would definitely recommend the place for others and hopefully we can stay here again.

Die Kommunikation mit Jürgen war top! Beim Betreten der Unterkunft haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die Aufteilung war für unsere Gruppe bestehend aus zwei Familien klasse. Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht waren einfach nur schön. Auch genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung und Jürgen als Anbieter sind auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.

Liebe Daniela, 4 Tage waren wir bei dir und es hat uns so super gefallen das wir auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft war einfach ein Traum,sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, super sauber und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Das Bett super bequem und die Aussicht auf die Berge im Pool einfach ausgezeichnet. Der Kaffee hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Wir würden immer wieder einen Aufenthalt bei euch machen, es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Sehr lecker auch euer selbstgemachter Honig und der leckere Schnaps. Vielen Dank für alles und das wir da sein durften und vier wunderschöne Tage verbracht haben. Wir haben die Woche zu acht in der Unterkunft von Moritz sehr genossen - direkt am See, mit reichlich Platz ausgestattet und alles super sauber! Moritz war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns mit prima Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Vous arrivez au logement grâce aux indication donnés et vous êtes chez vous ! Très bien équipé, des produits locaux, tout pour vous faire un repas. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, c'est présent dans le logement, que cela soit de l'alimentation, des serviettes ou peignoirs, des loisirs, des informations touristiques, des pansements , du bois pour vous chauffer. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont très agréables après une journée de randonnée. Le seul point négatif est la chambre et son accessibilité. Une échelle de meunier vous donne accès à une chambre mansardée très basse. Vous êtes obligé de vous courber pour accéder au lit. Cela ne convient pas aux personnes âgées avec des problèmes de genoux. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis.

Tolles und sauberes Haus, genau wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und nur 15 min zu Fuß in den Ortskern nach Garmisch. Emre ist ein super netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war und keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns sofort wieder dafür entscheiden.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!

Julias Apartment Elin ist einfach super und bekommt von uns 6 von 5 Sternen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ( ging leider nicht, hätte ich aber gerne vergeben). Ich habe noch nie eine so saubere/blitzblanke Ferienwohnung gehabt, man hätte vom Fußboden essen können 😍 Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr geräumig und super geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts in der Wohnung, wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Julia war immer zu erreichen und hat schnell gehandelt, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Und dabei hat sie immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht 😃 On top gab es einen Brötchenservice, so dass man noch nicht mal morgens zum Bäcker musste 👍🏼 2 Stunden Nutzung des Jaccuzi und der Sauna inklusive. Das Apartment ist wirklich ein Juwel und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist Spitze, die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren zu fünft da, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Martina war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, freundlich, sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit, wann immer wir etwas brauchten. Das Appartement ist großartig, gemütlich, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur ein paar Minuten von der Giggijochbahn, wir haben nicht einmal einen Skibus genommen, um dorthin zu gelangen. Ich würde diese Wohnung und Martina als Gastgeberin sehr empfehlen.
