The stay was fantastic all around! Check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible – just as you would like. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The place was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate – a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool – perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. We felt totally comfortable and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for the great time!

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! Everything looks like the pictures, even a little more beautiful. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The location is very nice and we could start hiking right outside the front door. We had a great vacation, thank you for the lovely stay!

Amazing accommodation! Felt at home. Best place to stay as a family or group of friends. The host was super welcoming that they came for picking us up in the train station and drove us to the accommodation. Thoughtfully planned bubbles for children to play in the garden. Great kitchen if you love cooking. After a long time I found an AirBNB that has fully equipped kitchen. The host was super friendly in sharing suggestions and tips!

Claudia was very friendly and accommodating. Check in and out went smoothly. The apartment was nice and offered more than enough space for two people. We had a fantastic time at Claudia's and were able to take some wonderful hikes in the area.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment invites you to feel good. Everything necessary is available. Victoria was always easy to reach and there were no complications. There was plenty of parking and the view of the mountains was super nice.

Very nice and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was easy to get to in town and there is easy access to the paths that lead into the mountains. We were there to hike and recommend taking the Kufstein Kaiserlift to the top of the mountain and himing from there. The lift is awesome. Its a single chair lift. I had not been on one of these before and the up and back was covered by the tourist card that came with our stay.

I spent two nights at Marcus' and I highly recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. the terrace overlooking the lake is simply unbeatable. I will definitely come back ☺️

Very new and modern apartment. Quiet and secluded, perfect for relaxing, good starting point for bike tours. Communication with landlord hassle-free and quick feedback. Very accommodating and fair regarding arrival and departure times. Absolute recommendation, a real insider tip. We felt very comfortable!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We had an all-around pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. We particularly liked the quiet location and the beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we felt welcome immediately. The surrounding area is also ideal for hiking and exploring – a great starting point for excursions. We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but 15 minutes by car to Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)

We had a wonderful weekend in the Sky Apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt comfortable right away. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the balcony with beautiful views.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
