Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kuala Muda District

This place is very clean even the sponge for washing dishes is clean, no smell. Very suitable for families who are used to being clean and are allergic to dust and mites.. The aircond is cold especially in the living room using Central AC. This is the most important thing because Penang is hot and we are used to being cold. The house is big in a corner lot with 4 rooms, the drinking water is also of good quality so you don't need to buy it outside anymore. There is a kitchen for cooking and a washing machine and a place to dry clothes with a dryer. The owner seems to really like technology :p The yard is wide enough for pet lovers to let their pets run outside and there is a hose for washing cars and for those who want to wash their own vehicles. This location is close to Gourney Plaza, only 15 minutes away and there are many food vendors around if you are too lazy to go out. Overall this place is recommended for families compared to looking for an apartment. Thx Eric & Karen...

Our stay at this Airbnb homestay was exceptional, largely due to the impeccable cleanliness of the property. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The host provided ample cleaning supplies which made us feel even more comfortable, especially in these times. Looks exactly like the pictures. We appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in all rooms, aircond in all rooms and common areas, the washer-dryer and the tasteful decor. The TV and surround sound system is definitely premium. Private, seemingly upscale location, 15 mins from Amanjaya Walk. We had a little issue with finding switches for the living room aircond (behind the curtain), and a little bit of water supply issue on the ground floor, which the host solved promptly within hours. For families with babies, note that this property does not have a hot/cold water dispenser.

We loved staying at this Airbnb listing! The apartment is super cute and clean, and located in a very walkable area. There were lots of stores and restaurants nearby so it was very convenient for us during our stay. The host was very friendly and communicative as well. A really lovely apartment, well furnished and fully equipped, in a beautiful part of town, near shopping malls, excellent restaurants and coffee shops, and right by a bus stop for trips to the beaches at Tanjung Bungah and Batu Feringgi. A short walk to the Gurney Bay park. Excellent parking facilities. Two lovely double bedrooms, a single, and excellent showers/bathrooms.

Noor Azah was really nice, she always replied immediately and when we asked to checkout late because of our flight, she was very understanding and helpful. The home is fantastic, it has everything you could need for a long term stay, very close to a bus that takes you everywhere worth going in Penang, close to a hospital, within walking distance to 2 supermarkets and shopping malls, and close to a beautiful new park in front of the water. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely try to come back! :)

OMG, this place was so awesome, I am second guessing my condo purchase up the island. This was the best Airbnb place we have ever stayed at, bar none. So convenient to all of the hawker centers and the shopping malls. Thank you. It was truly our honor that you let us stay here.

Such a geratful place

Very clean house, near to the city, great host who provided clear instructions for check in.

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Excellent stay! Great location, quiet, pool is beautiful. Stay was very comfortable, bed was good and had everything we needed. Filtered water system was amazing. So nice to not have to haul water. Haris was a great manager and took really good care of us. Highly recommend this place.
