Karyen is an outstanding host, and her place is in an unbeatable location! Our favorite coffee shop, Be Angles, and Powehouse Fitness gym are in the complex, along with the supermarket, the best chicken rice shop, and many other stores. Additionally, the beach and numerous hawker centers are within walking distance, offering a variety of dining and leisure options. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. Karyen's attentive hospitality and the prime location made this the best place we've ever stayed. Highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

The place is suitable for a couple or family with young child. A very nice and convenient location to almost all the nice spots. A short drive to places like Gurney, Pulau Tikus, Tanjung Bunggah and Ferringhi. There are quite a few restaurants and a grocer (Mercato) within the same building.

All good wonderful stay

Comfy place. Suitable for a long stay holiday or so. As it gives homey vibe.. there was some discrepancies but host being prompt and responsive.

The location is very good, there is a swimming pool right outside, and there is a food court downstairs. It is convenient for travel. I highly recommend this place

very responsive . Great place to stay, with big unit for family of 8. Though the toilet door was a bit of stain due to some muddy water, not sure why, but after I informed him, he immediately get the worker to clean it. Other than that, everything was fine, beautiful and clean unit to stay. Highly recommended.

We are group of 12 adults and stayed for 4 lovely nights. This is a great place to stay. All rooms have aircon, clean, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. They have big fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, iron, filter water dispenser are available. The location is perfect walking distance to many good eateries and shopping malls. Host is super responsive and friendly. Good and clear instructions upon check in and check out. I would highly recommend this place if you have big group. Will definitely come back again if in Penang 🌟

We had a fantastic 2 week stay!! The location is perfect! Walking distance to amazing local food, nice restaurants at Straits Quay and multiple grocery stores as well. Easy access to Georgetown. We really enjoyed our daily walks by the water. Eva was a great host!! Would definitely stay again in the future!

Overall good place to stay with family

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

The apartment is literally less than five minutes from the beach, as advertised. It's also just a stone's throw from the pasar malam (night market). We visited during the off-season, so most of the stalls weren't open, but we're told it can get very festive during peak periods. The apartment was clean and spacious, and we were shown in by staff, despite arriving late. I highly recommend the place!

We had a great stay at Doel’s place. The apartment has everything you need, including a water filter and good air con. Doel was super responsive when we had a question. It’s got a great pool downstairs and there are some good joints to eat just a few metres down the road. Most of the evening beach action happens straight in front of the apartment block too. Also, keep your eyes peeled for the awesome water monitors in the river that runs next door.
