Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kuala Muda District

This place is very clean even the sponge for washing dishes is clean, no smell. Very suitable for families who are used to being clean and are allergic to dust and mites.. The aircond is cold especially in the living room using Central AC. This is the most important thing because Penang is hot and we are used to being cold. The house is big in a corner lot with 4 rooms, the drinking water is also of good quality so you don't need to buy it outside anymore. There is a kitchen for cooking and a washing machine and a place to dry clothes with a dryer. The owner seems to really like technology :p The yard is wide enough for pet lovers to let their pets run outside and there is a hose for washing cars and for those who want to wash their own vehicles. This location is close to Gourney Plaza, only 15 minutes away and there are many food vendors around if you are too lazy to go out. Overall this place is recommended for families compared to looking for an apartment. Thx Eric & Karen...

Our stay at this Airbnb homestay was exceptional, largely due to the impeccable cleanliness of the property. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The host provided ample cleaning supplies which made us feel even more comfortable, especially in these times. The well-organized and clutter-free space made our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. This homestay is perfect for anyone who values a clean and hygienic living space. Looks exactly like the pictures. We appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in all rooms, aircond in all rooms and common areas, the washer-dryer and the tasteful decor. The TV and surround sound system is definitely premium. Private, seemingly upscale location, 15 mins from Amanjaya Walk. We had a little issue with finding switches for the living room aircond (behind the curtain), and a little bit of water supply issue on the ground floor, which the host solved promptly within hours. For families with babies, note that this property does not have a hot/cold water dispenser.

We loved this place and would return. Our host was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The shop house is unique. We loved the location close to restaurants, bus stop, shopping. Campbell Street and Chowastra Market were an easy walk. The home is in the city, so there can be noises, but that’s a big city. The bed was comfortable, one of the best I’ve had in Malaysia. There are stairs to get to this unit, so that’s something to note. We hope to return and stay here in the future or any of the other properties at this location!

We loved staying at this Airbnb listing! The apartment is super cute and clean, and located in a very walkable area. There were lots of stores and restaurants nearby so it was very convenient for us during our stay. The host was very friendly and communicative as well. We will remember this place again for any future trips.

This was a convenient location for our visit to our family nearby, and for our visits to the area. Shinly communicated with us before and during our visit. The flat had a good range of facilities, and was as advertised. We would be very pleased to stay there again if on a future visit.

Really enjoyed the apartment and I felt comfortable right away! It's spacious and bright with a wonderful view. Great having a microwave, washing machine and dryer, plus a water filter machine so you don't have to buy water. The TV is preloaded with an app that has a lot of content from all the streaming services (Netflix, Disney. AppleTV, Max, etc) so you don't need to (won't be able to) use your own account. Very convenient having a convenience store and Starbucks in the building. Highly recommend!

A really lovely apartment, well furnished and fully equipped, in a beautiful part of town, near shopping malls, excellent restaurants and coffee shops, and right by a bus stop for trips to the beaches at Tanjung Bungah and Batu Feringgi. A short walk to the Gurney Bay park. Excellent parking facilities. Two lovely double bedrooms, a single, and excellent showers/bathrooms.

Noor Azah was really nice, she always replied immediately and when we asked to checkout late because of our flight, she was very understanding and helpful. The home is fantastic, it has everything you could need for a long term stay, very close to a bus that takes you everywhere worth going in Penang, close to a hospital, within walking distance to 2 supermarkets and shopping malls, and close to a beautiful new park in front of the water. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely try to come back! :)

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!
