Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Welkom in ons appartement Sanita bij het vissersstadje: Plomin. Kom hier tot rust aan het gezellige strand of bezoek de verschillende omliggende steden en ontdek het mooie Istrië. De oude stad Labin ligt op 9km van Plomin en is zeker de moeite waard voor een avondwandeling of om er lekker te eten. Op 28km van Plomin bevindt zich het kasteel Pazin. Our studio apartment is located in the old medieval town of Mošćenice. The apartment is cosy and modernly decorated. It has 32m2. On the lower floor is the bedroom and bathroom and on the upper floor is the kitchen with living room. In front of the apartment there is a small green area ideal for coffee or a glass of wine. The beautiful pebble beach can be reached by stairs through the forest. The town is very quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by nature and is ideal for escape from stress.

The cottage was primarily intended to enjoy the family and host friends by the fireplace,good food,wine, and fire. And it has a big table and benches. We've decorated it for ourselves, and all the furniture is made of wood. The design wasn't meant to be in sync, but just to make it beautiful,cozy, and functional. As we have come up with the idea of renting out space over time, we hope guests who are as enjoyable as well.
