Silvana responded quickly to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake on the evening of our arrival. Quiet location and ideal for us who wanted to ski. A secure location is provided for storing skis. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories to prepare your meals. The pots are of excellent quality, please take care of them. Regarding the billing for hot water and heating, it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). Super location suitable for groups because it is isolated and has large outdoor spaces that allow activities (soccer, volleyball, tennis, bocce) or relaxation (sun terrace, hot tub, sauna both inside and outside the house). Several hiking excursions of varying levels also start from the area. Essential services (bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher) are just minutes away by car (no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Patrizia and her husband are really friendly and helpful. The chalet, nestled in the Dolomites, is a real slice of paradise where you can relax and enjoy the silence that the surrounding space imposes.

Old/historical house that was well maintained, spotless clean, and extremely spacious. Better than advertised. Walkable to town in 5 minutes. Easy parking. Would definitely return.

Great location to see the area! Can walk into town and to trails. Nice to have a house to cook in instead of going out.

Chalet surrounded by greenery and in the total tranquility of Trentino, equipped with all comforts, very clean and reachable with any type of car, if you are inexperienced at driving but better to have someone else drive in the last stretch. Starting on foot from the house, you can take several hikes or mountain bike without particular physical preparation and enjoy breathtaking views. Added value, a nice fox who visited us every night. Recommended!

Beautiful house with magnificent views, quiet, green and cozy. We especially enjoyed the wellness facilities with hot tube , swimming pond and sauna.

You will be welcomed very friendly with drinks and a small refreshment on the terrace at check-in. We felt immediately comfortable . In the pictures it looked good but in live, simply indescribable, beautiful views and great amenities. We had a very nice few days with perfect weather and will definitely be back .

We were mountain biking with 6 people. The accommodation was fantastic. Huge large bike room with everything you need!

It was great. My family and I stayed for almost a week. I highly recommend it. The ski area is a short drive away.

The house is wonderfully cozy, excellently equipped and renovated. We had a super nice time, also thanks to Michaela's great tips. She really took a lot of time to explain the area to us and give personal advice. Beautiful hiking trails and then sauna with wood-burning stove - a dream... highly recommended!

The lay out of the chalet was excellent. All rooms were extremely spacious, well designed & comfortable, with their own ensuite, whilst the 3 apartments had fully equiped kitchens. Heating options were available throughout the entire house and on the second day of our visit, we required a minor adjustment to the heating, so rang the female contact (only speaks German) who manages the property and within an hour, the lady was onsite and the temperature was adjusted. Within the chalet on the ground floor there is a large, shared breakfast / communal room with a kitchen having all the required services. This room easily catered for our group of 13 persons for evening meals. The chalet also had a central clothes washing & clothes dryer facility and also a spacious ski drying room on the ground floor. In conclusion, all our family members thought the chalet was absolutely fabulous in every respect, providing all the amenities one would require, resulting in a wonderful family stay.
