Entrance and hallway is shared space with occasional visitors weekdays 8am-5pm. Other time, the guest has the entire floor and the small garden in the back yard. Free parking included

Welcome to our newly built apartment in scenic Kalvsvik, 25 km south of Växjö. The accommodation is located at the northern part of Åsnens and in the area there is the possibility of a lot of outdoor life in beautiful nature. Close to swimming area, general store, padel court, gas station and car repair shop. The apartment consists of one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower. Open-plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed and view of the patio as well as the fields outside.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests or can be purchased for SEK 900.
