The Host couple is very sincere and considerate. The first time I came to Phu Quoc, I could ask them anything I didn't understand. They will answer you warmly and give you a solution. The house is very clean, maybe there are some mosquitoes, but after all, it is inevitable on the first floor. I had a great time here ~ I believe I will be back soon

We spent excellent 5 nights in Phu’s villa, it is definitely the best villa I ever live. The villa is exact the same as displayed pictures on Airbnb. And it is the perfect option for family. We go swimming everyday in the private pool. The host is always helpful to support us in organizing breakfast and daily care. And they are very kind to offer late check out time for our family. The only drawback is no much food option and grab delivery nearby. But the villa is closed to sunset town(15mins) and sonasea market (5mins) by car. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend this villa for a family trip.

This is by far the best host and the best house for the money I have stayed at airbnb. We've rented this house for a month and it was very smooth from the very beginning. Aroma picked us up at the airport a day before our airbnb was supposed to start. She offered to stay at one of her other beautiful apartments for the night free of charge! The next day she drove us to the house we booked, showed us around and explained everything about the house including the delicious fruits that grow in the garden and we had those almost every day) The house itself is very spacious, it has 4 large bathrooms, A/Cs work perfectly, great kitchen with everything you need for cooking and there is a water filtering system, so you don't need to buy a bunch of cases with plastic bottles. The house is a bit far from the main road, so it is better to rent a bike, unless you like lots of walking, but the upside is that it is very quiet. We had an amazing time here and will definitely be back!

My stay at Tinh House was truly an amazing experience! This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the city. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the most beautiful lounge, filled with stunning decorations and lush plants everywhere. It felt like an oasis! I also loved the adorable kittens that greeted me. The onsite cafe was a great perk, offering delicious food and drinks. What truly stood out was the incredible staff – they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Finally, the rooms were very clean and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend Tinh House for a wonderful stay!

We highly recommend, the object is well presented in the pictures. The receptionist will help with everything, we took advantage of the scooter rental option and help with transport to Saigon. Due to the fact that we would have to leave very early, we asked if there was an option to buy breakfast from them. Despite the fact that the restaurant was scheduled to open only an hour later, they said no problem and prepared breakfast for us. The people running this facility are very helpful and smiling. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

the apartment is great, there are all the kitchen utensils and dishes, a large TV with Android TV, fast Internet 300+ megabits per second, a very kind and responsive owner. the only downside is the hard mattress

Overall we had a nice stay. The bedroom is nice, it is actually a small apartment with kitchen and a large wardrobe. There are also some restaurants, a very nice swimming pool and it is possible to do laundry. In short, everything we needed for a break between trips. Thank you!

Guys. This AirBnb – I have no words. If you’re looking for a calm hideout jewel directly by the ocean, this is your place. If you want a perfect sterile resort hotel environment, please go there. This is a real Vietnamese house where small lizards say hi sometimes, in the area of the island where local people live, fish and go to the market. It felt like a privilege to stay one week in this place waking up to the sound and the view of the ocean every morning and experience the colourful island life of the locals. Phenomenal. 10/10.

This is the perfect spot for a big family or a group of friends! The rooms are clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with coffee shops and local stores just a short walk away. Plus, there’s a lively night market right in the complex where locals serve delicious food and drinks. The beach is beautiful, calm, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. In the evening, you’ll find music and a bit of nightlife to enjoy. The host is incredibly friendly and responsive, providing amazing hospitality that will make you feel right at home!

The accommodation matches the photos, quiet location close to the city center, about 20 min walk! Great value for money, pleasant and very good communication with Eugene! The wifi is also very good. Recommended

Nguyen's place was exactly as described in the listing. He was an excellent host and responded very promptly. Unit was very comfortable with good A/C, hotwater, maid service (as per arrangement), free transportation to/ from from airport and a kitchen. Whatever Nguyen was responsible he was very good at it. Now for issues beyond Nguyen's control: Nightly market very nearby; however mainly food stalls that compared to Vietnamese standards, they charged ridiculous prices for the meals that were mainly BBQ.i This is due to fact that rental of the space that they occupy was terribly expensive. They have to charge enough to cover the rental. Looking around the area, there are many, many buildings that are unoccupied. So the owners have to recoup somewhat from the food vendors which ends up on pockets of tourists. Vicious circle. Beach was OK and not to far. As a result, I would not imagine going back to Phu Quoc, especially not in that area of Sonasea. Sorry, but that's how I see it.
