Frank and his staff were amazing throughout our stay. They were always attentive and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The tours organised by them were also well-planned and very reasonably priced. Morning breakfast at your own rooftop private pool was also a huge plus. Highly recommended 👍👍

Super lovely place, outside of the city (about 10-15 mins in a tuk tuk), perfect for a few days whilst staying in Siem Reap. Myself and my partner were so pleased we chose to stay here as it was not noisy, very private and peaceful. We got a tuk tuk to the city for dinner and back, and you are surrounded by locals which was lovely. The airbnb itself was great, clean and tidy. We were met by our hosts when we arrived and that was lovely to make us feel at home! there was great aircon and the outside kitchen was lovely. we had dinner and breakfasts there. sunset was great! Would recommend this airbnb to anyone!

We loved staying here. The rooms have AC and the pool was nice for a dip to cool down. The breakfast in the morning and food in the fridge felt equally as appreciated.

Very nice place. The hotel restaurant is excellent, the staff are very kind, very nice. Responsive to every request from us. The accommodation is very nice and the pool needed after a long day of visiting when it's hot. Located not too far from the temples but need to take a taxi to get there.

We felt like living in a big beautifull museum. Super nice place. Easy communication with the owner. everything went smouth.

This condo was very modern and clean. The furnishings were nice, linens were spotless, and bathrooms/kitchen all brand new. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely amazing. You could see all of Phnom Penh and the different rivers on all sides. The location was convenient,.. easy to get to everything and easy to find transportation. We never waited for more than 2 minutes for a Grab ride to arrive. The building was secure with guards out front and a keycard required to enter the lobby and elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive, friendly and kind. We stayed for 2 weeks and they arranged for a cleaning mid-way, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi, has to be one of the best private appartments in Siem Reap. Quiet and semi secluded and only 5 mins to the city centre in a $1 tuk tuk. Local shops and restaurants start 200m away. Apartment is clean, large, open and spacious. Fantastic host, catered for our car. Will stay here again. Cheers DJ.

Everything about the stay was great. The apartment is even more spacious than it shows in the photos. Everything you need is provided: toiletries, kitchen utensils, wash machine and even an ironing board. Poline always responds fast and is very friendly. Great host. And the staircase that some reviews mention was not a problem at all. It's actually completely safe and clean. The location is also very good. Many attractions are within walking distance, and if you prefer to take a Tuk-tuk, they usually arrive in only 1 minute on Grab.

Ruwan was a great host and the place was nice. There was an issue with the water supply but Ruwan was very pro-active and I barely noticed a thing. Would definitely recommend.

atmospheric apartment with designer interior, comfortable communication with the most interesting host! allowed us to stay until late at night on the day of departure. Mansur and Sok were very helpful! this covers minor inconveniences: there were interruptions in the water supply. The alley you need to go through for check-in is a little creepy)

Great stay in the best part of town but also quiet. The apartment isn’t your boring commercial Airbnb plastic dump. It’s a warm cosy home with a lot of love and thought put into it. Really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer

Soyorn is a great host and the apartment is fantastic! From the moment I booked the apartment the communication and information given to me by Soyorn was great. I also got supplied an adapter free of charge and delivered to my room so I could work on my computer which was great. I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Phnom Penh, the pool and gym are fantastic and the area is safe and there many nice local cafes and restaurants to eat and also a 7/11 4 mins walk for the apartment. 5 stars all round!

Staying in J Tower II apartments was the most memorable stay in Phnom Penh, we liked all amenities: sky pool, game room and lobby floor. The apartment itself was modern, the TV was wide screen. The host was communicative and responsive.

Lalin’s place was perfect for our stay. Thoughtfully presented, well equipped, clean, in a well organised and safe location. The area had all you needed restaurants, bars, convenience stores. The local mart was great and the restaurant in the complex was ideal for breakfast or a quick drink. Really appreciated the clarity of communication of communication and accuracy of the information provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Lalin’s apartment and would happily stay there again.

This stay was perfect. Exactly as described. The whole staff is unbelievably kind - Miss Kim went out of her way to make us feel at home when we arrived and was responsive even when she was traveling herself. The place is walking distance from great restaurants, local markets, tons of cafes, everything you need but is on a quiet street. Excellent value. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.
