Our stay at House Kalin with Susanna was just perfect! Susanna welcomed us, despite late arrival due to traffic, super friendly and with a homemade cake. The house is in a secluded quiet place, 15 minutes to Umag and has a great private garden and terrace. It was perfect for us with our dog, although unfortunately we could not use the garden too much because of the rainy weather. The house is clean and modern, you have everything you need and with the fireplace it was super cozy in the evening. We felt completely at home. Susanna is the perfect host. We got wild asparagus from her garden and also as the Wifi caused problems, she was immediately accessible and solved the problem within minutes. In addition, she also accommodated us with a later check-out and was understanding that our baby unfortunately broke something. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time in Hiša Majda. The place is very cozy. The kitchen was really well equiped, which enabled us to prepare some great meals with local ingridients. A great spot to simply chill and walk around and a great starting spot to explore Istria. Would very much recommend!

Beautiful villa complex in the hills near Buje. The space is separated in a way that works really well for a few couples or groups of 6-8 friends (this was us): the main building has 2 separate multi-story apartments, each with a kitchen and 2-3 rooms; below there is a wellness center (pool area + building with jacuzzi, 2 saunas, billiards, and a nice terrace), and one more story down there is a nice dining area and garden. It's a charming complex with plenty of privacy and an outstanding view over the surrounding vineyards and down toward the coast near Umag. Klaudija and Paola were great hosts and were quick to fix the only issue we had (poor wifi signal in the beginning). Definitely recommend this as a base to enjoy and explore Istria!

Everything was perfect from start to the end of the booking process. You will find Emi's accommodations to be quite serene and pleasant. But the most surprising feature was the large garden, which will make your stay more enjoyable. Certainly, his home is quiet, nice, and well-equipped with all conveniences, and Edi will assist you in having a very wonderful time during your stay.
