Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

This stylish accommodation can accommodate 2 adults. A separate kitchen allows for independent cooking. Located in the quiet area of Axams, ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. In winter, the ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be easily reached by ski bus or a 15-minute drive. In summer, the area is especially popular with mountain lovers for short to longer hiking tours.
