An extensive well-kept hiking network, bike paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with foot golf, golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." Lovely flat with private garden.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)

The two days I was there were two very nice days. From check-in to the amenities, location of the property to checking out, I and my friends enjoyed it very much. Fischbach is very nice and quiet and you only have to walk a few minutes to the lake. The small attic apartment is nicely furnished and equipped.

We arrived as a family with 2 small children. Petra provided a second crib and a second high chair. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, very clean and has everything you need. The two balconies have a great view of Lake Constance, the mountains and the sunset. It is very quiet and only 3 minutes outside the "city walls". All in all, you get at least what you pay here including friendly and flexible landlords. We can only make a clear recommendation!

Annette's apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable there. It is very well equipped, and even if it is not large, there is still enough space to accommodate all your own things. The bed is large and very comfortable. We were able to safely store our e-bikes, not visible from the street and protected from rain and wind. The location is very quiet, and at the same time you can reach both Lindau and Wasserburg very quickly. We also liked very much that the Lake Constance cycle path leads almost directly past the apartment. The location is ideal to explore (by bike) the beautiful surroundings around the eastern part of Lake Constance.

We felt very comfortable in Alfons' apartment. The location is great, you can easily reach everything. We especially liked the parking space right by the house, so we could leave the car and ride with the bus. The Hug family was very nice and always friendly and the apartment has everything you need. There was even a towel change after a week. We'll definitely be back.

Mo and Angelika's place is located in an area from where it's easy to reach the city centre by public transport. There's a shopping centre and smaller shops nearby. The house and the apartment are very clean. Mo was very helpful in giving tips about local amenities, transport and everything else and responded quickly to my queries.

It was an absolute pleasure staying in Doris home, Sarah and Dora are wonderful! I felt so comfortable in this home, there was many Special Christmas and lights decorations all around the house and through the garden. It looks like a fairytale home full of special decorations! The hosts make you feel comfortable and they are very helpful. The front lake view is insanely beautiful, like a little piece of paradise! The apartment is in a very quiet location in a beautiful house. The apartment offers a lot of space, a very harmonious decor and a mega well equipped kitchen. We felt immediately comfortable with our two boys (5&8 years). The communication was very prompt and accommodating. We stayed in the apartment for a week in the fall, where the heating was in operation. The oil taste was a bit in the apartment, but only in the hallway. In the bathroom, it smelled very strict, but it has a window, so you could also ventilate again and again. Thanks for the wonderful week at the lake!
