Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Das Ferienhaus wird jetzt das erste Mal vermietet nachdem es umfangreich erneuert wurde. Du findest eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Doppelbetten, eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin vor. In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden, angeln oder Kanu fahren.
