Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

The room was very cozy and the hosts totally nice and friendly. In the morning, I was always greeted nicely by the cats and could have breakfast on the balcony. A highlight was the cooling opportunity in the pool. All in all, a great stay!

Good location – just a few minutes' walk to the train station. The city center of Linz was also easily accessible. The apartment was spacious and pleasant to use. Even though I didn't use the kitchen appliances, it was good to know that everything is available. Overall a pleasant stay – thank you!

The apartment is very nice, modernly furnished and exceptionally clean. There is really everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet, pleasant residential area with single-family houses, but still within walking distance of the PlusCity shopping center with numerous restaurants, cinema and shops. The tram and bus stops with direct connection to the train station and center are also close by. Gerhard is very friendly, helpful and is available for any questions at any time. We were completely satisfied, would be happy to recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back if we get the chance!
