Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The first floor has underfloor heating, pleated fabric on each window and electric shutters. Coffee (fully automatic) and tea included.

Lakefront oasis in Berlin-Kladow with private jetty and private water access. The house has bedroom, open and fully equipped kitchen/kitchen and a bathroom. Free parking in front of the property. Berlin's cleanest swimming lake. Only 30 minutes by car to the Ku'damm or in 15 minutes to Potsdam. Well connected with public transport, supermarkets and bakeries close. The apartment is on 2 floors - downstairs is the kitchen-living room with a beautiful large balcony that has sun all day and the bedroom and the bathroom upstairs - also with a balcony - here you can enjoy the sunset particularly well. Due to the orientation to the south and the large windows or doors, the apartment is crazy bright and in the night you have the feeling of being outside under a starry sky. Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

The cozy holiday home is located between Berlin and Potsdam in the district of Groß Glienicke. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the forest and the lakes (Glienicker See and Sakrower See), Groß Glienicke has shops for everyday needs and gastronomy. A good bus connection to Berlin and Potsdam is available. The holiday home is located on the 1st floor and has one bedroom and in the living room a small sofa bed ( two small children).

The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.
