Es ist aber möglich den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden, für euch alleine zu reservieren Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Rauchen ist nur im Freien gestattet!! Gleichzeitig bietet sich unsere Ferienunterkunft perfekt für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung an : Fahrrad fahren, baden in den wunderschönen umliegenden und fußläufigen Seen, mit dem SUP lospaddeln, golfen, Weinbergswanderungen usw. Ein Saunagang kann dazugebucht werden und rundet euren Tag mit einem Glas Wein wunderbar ab. Ein Genuss in vollen Zügen.

Helles lichtes Wohnzimmer mit Seeblick und Terrasse, sowie überdachter Sonnenterrasse - moderne Küche - ein Duschbad und ein zweites Bad mit Doppelbadewanne, Klimaanlage und sehr großer Fernsehbildschirm, gemütliche Riesencouch zum Faulenzen. Alles kaum 4 km von Speyer weg direkt an einem Naturschutzgebiet. Gänse und Schwäne kommen morens zu Besuch.

Au rdc vous trouverez un espace de vie de 40 m² avec cuisine ouverte sur salle à manger et séjour. Vous trouverez également des toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre adulte, une chambre enfant avec lits superposés, une salle de bain et des wc individuels. Un jardin avec piscine (3.66m de diam., 1m10 de profondeur), une terrasse, une cour pour garer sa voiture. Jouets et livres dispo.

My apartment, stars with balcony, air-conditioned, fast internet, centrally located, 1x free parking space, high-quality apartment in the heart of Frankenthal/Palatinate, Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, 3-4 minutes from the main train station and 2-3 minutes from the city center. There are many restaurants and cafés in the immediate distance. The apartment is completely barrier-free with an elevator and of course has a large, walk-in daylight bathroom and shower.
