Der Aufenthalt war super! Super freundliche Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Die Lage war top -, ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem was man braucht. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht sogar schöner. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Check-in und Check-out liefen auch super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

We only stayed one night but had a chance to explore the beautiful area around Albisheim. Alexander was awesome, really helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war absolut top! Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – mitten in der Pforzheimer City, alles fußläufig erreichbar: Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte, sogar das CongressCentrum und das Theater. Perfekt, wenn man zentral wohnen möchte und trotzdem seine Ruhe haben will. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns das gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett und viel Stauraum – sogar ein Bügeleisen war da! Der Zugang zum Balkon war ein schönes Extra, um morgens entspannt in den Tag zu starten. Check-in und Kommunikation liefen reibungslos, der Gastgeber war super hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar bei Fragen. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und Details gelegt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Behinderte. Ich habe während meines Aufenthaltes meine Mutter, die im Rollstuhl sitzt, über Tag in die Ferienwohnung geholt, wo sie sich gut zurecht fand und auch problemlos alleine ins Badezimmer gehen konnte. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung genügend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und gute Lokalitäten, wo man sehr gut zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis essen gehen kann.

We spent about 7 months at Casa Rossa and Kathleen and Paolo were always very kind to us. They find a way to help us in every situation (ex.: when our battery died due to cold weather, they helped us with recharging it so we could buy a new one). I was pregnant from the beginning of our stay and they always paid attention to my needs with heating. I worked from home and needed 0-24 network access which they provided. If we had questions they answered us in a short time. We found this place very accessible with a private parking, suitable even for a longer stay. If you are searching for a familiar place to stay do not hesitate to contact them. Thank you Kathleen and Paolo for all the support you gave us, we hope to meet you again! 😊

It’s a beautiful property at the end of street, very quiet and peaceful. We only stayed one night so not able to really enjoy the area but being dog friendly is a huge plus as the area had some great areas to walk the dogs. Carsten was always available to answer any questions and solved the issue with the key pad entry very quickly. Definitely a place I highly recommend.

Hace unos días me avisó que los huéspedes del apto que reservé debían extender, y que si no me importaba me alojaba en el apto de enfrente. Era similar o hasta mejor que el que había reservado. Es war schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung braucht etwas Auffrischung, aber für kurze Aufenthalt ist es überhaupt kein Problem - alles, was wir gebraucht haben war da und hat mit der Beschreibung 100% gestimmt. Mit kleinem Kind und Kinderwagen wird leicht herausfordernd wegen den Treppensteigen, aber Pia ist super Host - immer freundlich, flexibel und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

L’alloggio corrisponde al 100% alle foto. I servizi (bagno e doccia) sono, come indicato nella descrizione, in una stanza a parte nel corridoio delle camere. per me non é stato un problema. l’alloggio era molto pulito ed in ordine, non ho avuto la possibilità di conoscere personalmente l’host ma ha sempre risposto tempestivamente alle domande che ho avuto nella chat. consigliato!

Nach der Ankunft haben wir sofort den Schlüssel bekommen, Inge und Michael haben uns die ganze Wohnung gezeigt alles erklärt und wie es funktioniert. Auch für die Umgebung haben sie Tipps gegeben, wie Essen, Trinken Ausflüge. Es gab NIX zu "meckern". Liebe Grüße

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Gerd, qui est sympathique et discret. L'appartement/maison est agréable et nous avons bien aprécié la terrasse couverte nous permettant de prendre nos repas dehors. La ville d'Herxheim est très plaisante et sportive notamment avec sa piscine et bien située entre la Pfalzerwald et le Rhin. permettant de belle randonnées et balades à vélo.

I had a wonderful time in Jenny’s studio; it’s centrally located in Karlsruhe Südstadt with everything in walking or biking distance, and bikes are available at the apartment. The space is clean and cosy. Jenny was very welcoming and I particularly enjoyed her home-made muffins :). Check-in and communication was very easy and she was available for any requests throughout my stay.

Wir sind super zufrieden mit dem Haus. Sie ist super modern. Schöne Küche, man kann super kochen wenn man will ,weil es gut ausgestattet ist. Das Haus hat sehr viele Lichtschalter. Man müsste erst mal alles testen, dann kommt man gut klar. Von das Haus in den Innenstadt braucht man ca. 15-20 min mit dem Auto + S-Bahn also ist wirklich gut. Am ersten Tag konnten wir keine WLAN herstellen. Wir haben Gilles angerufen und der hat sofort reagiert.

This is the SUPERB location, walkable to everything we could think of reaching to in Karlsruhe, from ZKM on one end to the Schloss on the other, with all the downtown's restaurants and Nature Museum on that way. A local grocery store literally on the same block, all other services within 2 blocks. You can jump on a tramway to get anywhere in the city within a blink of an eye. And yet - silent at night, we slept through even when we didn't need to. A great, I would even say, strategic location. And plenty of space too!
