We had a dream week at Ljerka and her son Franz's place! Upon arrival, they welcomed us like royalty with a plate of charcuterie and homemade pancakes – a lovely touch that immediately set the tone. Ljerka is exemplary in responsiveness and, if needed, Franz is always available, smiling and willing to help. The apartment is in a great location, quiet, just a 10 minute drive from downtown Zadar. The balcony has a splendid view of the sea, and direct access to a semi-private beach makes the place even more magical. A real little piece of heaven, perfect for relaxing in the sun. We recommend it without a second thought, and even x1000, for all those looking for a peaceful break by the water!

Very nice place with a mega large terrace and sun loungers and table and chairs. The base is quiet. The house is super comfortable equipment complete in the kitchen, comfortable beds I recommend 100%

Great place for a reasonable price. Close to the sea and the promenade, close to shops and buses to Zadar. It is easy to find and quickly arrive by car from Zadar. We were in mid-September and everything was peaceful and cozy. It has parking. Everything was clean tidy and nothing was missing from the furniture. Sanda is right next door and was extremely welcoming and willing to help with anything. If I'm coming nearby, I'll definitely choose this place again. Good for rest, bathing or doing business in Zadar. Thanks for everything, Sandra.

Very kind and communicative host. The apartment is very clean, you can see that it has been renovated. The location is a bit worse, it was about 500m to the neighborhood store, and about 10km to a larger store such as Lidl or Kaufland, while the nearest restaurant is about 1km away, so I recommend coming by car or renting it later - it will also be useful for visiting the beaches (and there are a few). We really enjoyed the stay and are satisfied!
