Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.
