Stunning apartment in the heart of Bodrum. Very convenient location - it took us just 5 minutes walking to get to the sea and all restaurants and shops however you're still far from the streets which might be noisy at night. Views from the second flour are gorgeous. You can enjoy sunsets watching a harbour and Bodrum castle. Apartment was very clean with all necessary kitchen amentities to prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner. Aydan was very helpful, recommended some city spots and restaurants. He also was very kind to organize for us a transfer to airport. We would be happy to stay at Ayhan's place again.

Ev sahibimiz Özlem Hn, Rezv öncesi ve sonrası tüm sorularımıza hızlı yanıt verdi..Eve giriş yaparken bizi karşılayan Ayşegül Hn da çok kibar ve misafirperver,Ev kullanımı ile alakalı bilgi verişi çok iyiydi,kendi evimiz gibi hissettik.Ev resimlerden bile daha güzeldi ve zevkle döşenmişti.Mutfaktaki tüm malzemeler özenle seçilmişti ve tertemizdi.Sitenin ayrıca 2 adet özel plajı var.Hebil plajı eve çok yakındı yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz .2. Plaj İncilipınar ve tekrar Bodrum a gelsen yine tercih edeceğimiz tek yer olacaktır.Balkondaki manzara eşliğinde çok keyifli zamanlar geçirdik Biz çok memnun kaldık,güzel ev sahipliği için Özlem Hn a tekrar teşekkür ederiz🤗🌸

Narenciye ağaçlarının içerisinde 3 villadan oluşan bir cennet adeta. - Havuz gerçekten muhteşem. Fotoğraftakilerden daha da büyük. 150 cm derinliğinde. - Tamamen doğa ile iç içesiniz. Her yer yeşillik. Hamakta uzanıp doğayı seyretmek çok güzeldi. - Süpermarket, fırın, kasap gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Araba ile 5-10 dk mesafede tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı halledebiliyorsunuz. Evden 15 dk yürüyüş ile Kadıkalesi Halk Plajına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. - Emre Bey, Raşit Bey ve Nurten Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. - Evlerde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. (Mikrodalga, tost makinesi, çaycı, kahve makinesi, bulaşık makinesi vs.) Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olarak belirtmek istediklerim : - Evlerde bulunan yataklar biraz eski gibi. Çok rahat edemediğimizi belirtmek isterim. - Hijyen konusunda biraz daha dikkatli olunabilir. - Evlerden en azından bir tanesinde bir fırın olsa güzel olabilirdi. Özetle; biz çok memnun kaldık. Önümüzdeki senelerde de gelmek için planlarımızı yapmaya başladık.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Ev, manzara,havuz fotoğraftakilerden daha güzeldi. Civan bey ve Nuria hanım tüm sorularımıza hızlı yanıt verdi. Nuria hanım evle ilgili her konuda yardımcı oldu. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Bu sene de geçen sene gibi Mahir Bey in evinde konakladık. Annesi Nesrin Hanım bizleri kapıda karşıladı, gelmeden çayımızı bile demlemiş. Ailem ile çok keyifli bir tatil yapma imkanı bulmuş oldum. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissedebileceğiniz bir yer burası. Sitenin kendi kullanımına ait bir sahil olanağı olması (bir miktar merdiven inmeniz gerekli, dilerseniz yarısını aracınız ile gidebilirsiniz), kendi özel iskelesi olması çok temiz ve berrak sularla buluşmanıza olanak sağlıyor. Herşey için teşekkürler, seneye yine ilk tercihlerimiz arasında olacak.

Sally is a wonderful host, the villa is beautiful, spotless and well appointed- and the view was spectacular! We look forward to coming back!

The place is great, very clean, the host also grated us with Greek wine, water and some biscuits for the kids. We had plenty of rooms, all very clean and confortabil. We also had the product for the mosquitoes. The house is simply beautiful, the garden is so nice and peaceful, very beautiful swimming pool and also the best thing ever..a perfect playground for kids. This is something we did not expect. The experience is....well, better that expected!! We really loved the place and we will definitely return next year.

This summer, I rented this wonderful 4-bedroom house with my family and had an excellent experience. The house has its own private garage.The house was very clean and had all kinds of equipment. There were 4 rooms in the house, all of which were air-conditioned, and there were a total of 5 air conditioners, including 1 in the living room. You can easily connect to the wifi network from every room in the house. The internet was powerful and very fast. The pool was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location was very nice, very close to the beach and the city center. The house has a view of the pool, sea, and islands 24/7. I really enjoyed the garden and the spacious interior of the house. The homeowner, Mr. Ömer, and the caretaker, Mr. Erdoğan, were extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. They were in constant communication with us and greeted us before we entered the house. We are very grateful for this wonderful stay.

Wir haben uns in der Villa von Familie Menges-Weber sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Turutreis und Gümüslük am Hang mit fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool war eine super Erfrischung bei den heißen Temperaturen. Die Anfahrt zur Villa ist, wie in der Türkei aber überall typisch, über nur sehr schlecht geteerte Straßen. Da wir dies jedoch im Voraus wussten, hat uns dies nicht wirklich gestört. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie Menges-Weber und auch an Herrn Danaci für die vor Ort Kommunikation!

Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

It is a very lovely and classy huge house - ideal for family with the beautiful garden and amazing large pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a fancy decoration. Nil (she lives in a small house next to the main house) is very friendly and helps with every issue immediately. The restaurants recommandations form Orkun were awesome. Supermarkets and a nice shopping mall within 5-10min by car. House is 10-15min by car from Bodrum harbour depending on traffic. We would always come back.

Trotz eines kleines Missverständnisses beim Check out war es alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Frau Selen Uslu war nett und in allen Angelegenheiten hilfsbereit. Die Angestellten rund um das Haus sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Sie erledigen selbst kleine Einkäufe für euch und behandeln euch wirklich wie Könige! Es wird öfter nach dem Rechten gefragt und die Ablage wird gepflegt und bewässert ohne euch dabei zu stören. Bis auf die Putzfrau, diese empfand ich als eine ziemlich aufdringliche Person , da sie selbst kurz nach dem Check in sofort nach Trinkgeld fragt… wobei ich vermute, dass uslu turizim über die dreiste Art der Dame nichts weis. Die Villa ist ein Traum, die Lage ist super und der große Pool ist mehr als toll! Es ist definitiv ein Besuch wert! Ich würde wieder kommen und kann es euch ebenfalls empfehlen ein Besuch dort abzustatten.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

It is an amazing place! The only thing I'm sad about it's that we had so little time to enjoy the house. it's bonkers what you paid in exchange of the service provided by Ali. He was always respectful and helpful, even got us a taxi from the airport to the place! would rent again if ever in Bodrum in the future!

Ayşegül Hanım'ın evi gerçekten fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, çok güzel manzaralı ve sabah 10 dan itibaren gölge bir balkon, tertemiz ve her aradığınızı bulduğunuz eşyalar, çok nefis bir plaj. Ayşegül Hanım'ın anne babası Şehriban Hanım ve Oğuz Bey de alt katta kalıyorlar ve çok ilgililer, çok tatlı insanlar, bize nefis ikramlarda bulundular. Çok güzel bir tatildi, çok memnun kaldık.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Yeni yapılaşan bir bölge olmasına rağmen, bizi rahatsız eden bir durum olmadı. Misafir ağırlayacak kadar insanı evindeymiş gibi hissediyor. Bize güzel bir düğün tatili yaşattı

We had a great holiday at Anders and Jeanette’s place. The house was beautiful, peaceful, impeccably clean and at perfect location in Bodrum! We were feet’s away from a very nice pool and garden, and we very much enjoyed our stay. House is far away from hustle and bustle of Bodrum center but it is in close proximity to many beautiful beaches and small & cute towns! House has everything a family needs to be comfy in a vacation home. Anders and Jeanette were great and very prompt in their communications. Anders provided a very detailed and very much useful guidelines and recommendations for beaches and restaurants around the region. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! Thank you Anders and Jeanette for opening your beautiful home to Airbnb for others to enjoy.
