Wir haben uns bei Martha direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Vom überaus freundlichen Empfang, über bereitgestelltes Wasser im Übermaß, Wein ind Olivenöl bis zu tollen Empfehlungen in der Umgebung. Martha hat unsere Zeit auf der Insel Kos zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Das besondere I-Tüpfelchen war ihre Katze, welche uns jeden Morgen und jeden Abend freundlich begrüßte. Wir würden jederzeit dorthin zurückkommen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Hier ist eine authentische Inselerfahrung garantiert. Eine großes Dankeschön an Martha ♥️

Das Haus von Ilias liegt wunderbar ruhig, abseits der Touristen-Hotspots, aber dennoch nah genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für unsere kleinen Kinder gab es extra Spielsachen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Und der Außenbereich war einfach herrlich zum Entspannen. Ilias hat uns mit Gemüse und Wein versorgt. Einzige Minuspunkt, die vielen Moskitos, die es trotz umfangreichem Schutz an Fenstern und Türen irgendwie ins Haus geschafft haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir nochmal nach Kos kommen sollten.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi,nevresimler,havlular kendi evinizde kullandığınız gibi tertemiz mis gibi.Evden denize yürüyerek gitmek oldukça zor yokuştan dolayı ancak araba ile 1 dk da plaja inebiliyorsunuz,plajda otopark mevcut.Sitenin kendine ait şezlog ve şemsiyeleri var.Plaj çok kalabalık değil rahatlıkla yer bulabiliyorsunuz.Deniz kenarında sitenin kendine ait restoranı var fiyatlar fena değil rakımızı kendimiz götürdük rakı için sadece servis ücreti aldılar.Ev sahibi Esra hanımın annesi Sema hanım ve babası inanılmaz kibar,ilgili ve sıcakkanlı insanlar.Konaklamamız boyunca bizimle yakından ilgilendiler.Kendilerine bu kibar ve nazik davranışlarından dolayı bir kez daha teşekkür ederiz.Aradığınız sakinlik ve huzur ise kesinlikle Esra hanımın evini tavsiye ederim.Evin muhteşem bir manzarası var.Evde terlemeden oturduk ve yattık.

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Mit den Infos die Mari uns vorab geschickt hat haben wir die Unterkunft sehr gut gefunden. Die Villa liegt in einer Ruhigen Straße und wir haben immer einen Parkplatz direkt davor gefunden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Kleinere Geschäfte und den Strand kann man über Treppen zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders geliebt haben wir die Aussicht auf Kos und den Pool. Auch der Lokale Strand ist sehr schön. Ins Stadtzentrum von Turgutreis sind es mit dem Auto wenige Minuten. Dort gibt es größere Lebensmittel Geschäfte und viel Auswahl bei Restaurants. Die Aussicht auf die Inseln dort zählt zu den schönsten in der Ägais. Sie Kommunikation mit Mari war Klasse, immer schnell, hilfreich und super nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ercan bey son derece ilgili her talebimizi elinden geldiğince yaptı kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Evin konumu çok iyi merkeze uzaklığını bilerek gittiğimiz için sıkıntı olmadı arabanız yoksa bile evin önünden minibüs imkanı var market fırın deniz vs yürüme mesafesinde. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Kemal was incredible! We had a last minute cancellation so I booked this stay 3 days in advance. Kemal was extremely proactive and kind in allowing us to stay, and was great to check in about our travel details so he could plan for cleaning accordingly. Kemal met us in person to check us in and provide a full run down of the space. He was so welcoming, and also owns the restaurant next door (which is delicious by the way!) and told us we could order for delivery or walk over and ask them to bring it over. Overall great hospitality!

Great host and communication. Beautiful house, honestly better than the pictures. Difficult to reach like most other places in Bodrum, recommend to rent a car.

İhtiyaçlarımız konusunda oldukça ilgiliydiler. Eve rahatça ulaşabildik. Manzarası ile bizi büyüleyen bu yerde güzel günler geçirdik, yemeğimizi ve mangalımızı pişirdik. Yer fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Yolu biraz zorlasa da beklediğimiz gibiydi. Günbatımını orada deneyimlemek oldukça güzeldi.

Очень рекомендую всем, невероятно красивая, уютная квартира, хозяева этой квартиры это просто отдельная тема, они через пару минут общения стали родными, помогли с вызовом такси, накормили завтраком. Если можно было бы дать оценку больше 5, это было бы 100.

Bodrum'da doğanın içinde, şehirden uzak, sessiz sakin huzurlu birkaç gün geçirdik. Mekansal çözümler incelikle düşünülmüş, emekle inşa edilmiş keyifli bir konaklama alanı. Kısa ya da uzun vadeli konaklama için her türlü ihtiyaç düşünülmüştü. Azmi Bey'e ilgisi için özellikle teşekkür ederiz, tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle...

We really enjoyed staying at Kallia’s place. It was clean and spacious enough for two people, located only 10 minutes walking-distance away from all the shops and restaurants. There’s a lot of parking around and the terrace is really nice and spacious. The check-in was really easy too. I would recommend staying here and would stay here anytime again when visiting Kos.

Their place is tucked away directly behind the Starbucks off the main street in the harbor. It's a short walk to Bodrum Castle, The Bizarre, and tons of shops and restaurants. shortly after we checked in she came over with a plate of delicious sweet treats. that was the sweetest thing ever. I really felt right at home 🥰 I would highly recommend staying here!
