Monthly Rentals in Kountourata

This was just what we wanted for a week of peace and gorgeous surroundings ...easy access to lovely beaches for a swim and tavernas were great too ... we would love to return next year ... satisfied customers

Lovely little place with everything you need for a short stay. Great value for the money and Alexander was really helpful with local suggestions to eat etc. There are nice places to eat within walking distance, but you really need a car to explore beyond the local surroundings/beaches (which we did). Would stay here again if we visited Kefalonia in the future

Cannot fault the accommodation at all. It matches the description exactly, and is spotlessly clean. Communication with Paola was excellent; she is extremely responsive and helpful. Late check out was not possible, but she made the basement available which has a shower room and fridge we could use-great for our late flight home. Fani gave us a wonderful welcome and was also helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

We spent a wonderful vacation at Kritamos Home. Maria is a great host (along with her husband). On one day, she even delighted us with a traditional home made greek meal. The house is very nice, perfectly clean, AC working well. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen had all the things we needed, the bathroom was pretty nice and provided enough space for us. Finally, the living room was beautiful. All the furniture in the house is of high quality. There were three tables (two inside, one outside) where we could eat. The village of Pesada has a very nice and easy accessible beach (10 minute walk from the house), but a bit crowded in the afternoons. There is a single store in the village, so a car might be useful (but you will want one anyway to visit as much as possible of Kefalonia). Argostoli (the capital) is the nearest town, a 10-12 minutes drive. But the entire island of Kefalonia is worth exploring. In all, I recommend with all my heart a vacation In Kefalonia at Maria's place.
