A wonderful place to spend a week. Argiro was the most responsive and attentive host. The location is wonderful - super walkable to walk into Chania old town (20-30mins) with a water view the whole walk. A couple of minutes walk away is the ocean where there are multiple places to swim in the water or watch the sunset. Wonderfully accessible free safe parking is super close as well, 30 second walk from the building. The home itself is impeccably clean, with AC and a very comfortable bed. We felt very at home here. There was some construction that Argiro notified us about before our arrival and said we could cancel if we wanted, but the construction was minimal and starts later in the morning and didn’t bother us at all and we are so glad we stayed here! We wish we could have stayed longer! Please note that the place also has an umbrella in the closet, so don’t go out and buy one like we did!:) now there should be two:)

Everything described and shown of this property is undervaluing its delight. This is beautifully and perfectly placed in Chania. It has everything you need within the property, whether there's 1 or 5 staying. There's lots of do within easy walking distance, including the delicious Periplous restaurant down the road, the sea opposite, and that view!! --- blissfully divine perks of the location Antonis and Nikos are so helpful and considerate. From my welcoming arrival, it was a serene joy and so simply perfect I could live there. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for hosting. Είναι όμορφο

This was one of the nicest and best equipped AirBnB we have stayed in. Maria was so attentive and had so much helpful information about the town and places to visit. Our bed was luxurious to sleep in and a peaceful respite from the warm weather. The washer/dryer was great (though takes some time to cycle through). The location was amazing and on the cutest street in town. It was right down from a great vintage/second hand store (Vintage Rose) and a great sandwich shop (Pork to Be Wild). The food from Maria’s mother made us feel so welcomed along with the best honey ever. Don’t miss the Saturday market. Amazing!

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the past 10+ years and this is one of my favourites. Great location in the old town, with a “buzz” around the apartment without being noisy. Excellent restaurants and shops all around. The apartment was perfectly stocked but not cluttered (even sharp kitchen knives - a rarity in Airbnbs!). I enjoyed many meals out on the balcony overlooking the side streets and nearby restaurants. Stella was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my last minute change in dates and a late checkout. I couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. I hope I’ll be back one day :)

Four of us, two couples, spent a very enjoyable week at Roula's stone cottage. A special and stunning location and suspect a rare opportunity to spend time in a traditional style house in a rural cretan mountain village. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. May be better suited to a family stay as the downstairs room has no separate access to bathroom. We enjoyed the peaceful location immensely- great to getup and have breakfast outside with the fresh air and distant sound of goat bells. We travelled to Chania or the beaches along the coast every day and certainly didn't find the village too remote to do so. Nearby Tavernas and gorge walk are a must. Roula, along with her mother, were always quick, helpful and generous when questions were asked and supplied us with eggs and oranges and some home cooked food. Surely one of the best hosts I've experienced on airbnb. Would gladly return.

This place was super cute and very convenient in a area in town that is close to everything but not loud at night and less touristy. I would definitely recommend it and he was very responsive as a host. Every time I call he was there right away and answered right away. The place is also very attractive.

This Airbnb is incredible. The location is fantastic, slightly outside the hustle and bustle of old Chania but easy walking distance (less than 5 mins) to the harbour. The space is beautiful and clean, with a much appreciated espresso machine and balcony for the mornings. I can’t say enough positive things about Petros as a host. He was extremely responsive and went above and beyond for us. Thank you for being a large part of our wonderful stay in beautiful Chania.

Amazing place in Chania. Beautiful port views and in the heart of the city. The host was the best I have ever had - so responsive and helpful giving us in depth recommendations about local restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Maria is a fantastic host. She met my husband and me at the bus stop and showed us around the apartment and neighborhood, giving us recommendations for dining and things to do. Her apartment is located in the heart of Old Town just steps away from the waterfront, great restaurants (we especially loved Tamam), and shopping. She stocked the apartment with everything we'd need for our visit, including beach towels, breakfast items, candy, guidebooks, and more. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable in a charming building. Despite a decent amount of foot traffic nearby, it was quiet at night. We had the best sleep of our 10-day trip to Greece during our three-night stay. I can't recommend Maria's place enough for a visit to Chania!

What an amazing place. The anti - boutique art cafe is something to experience. When so many places are being turned into “luxury living “ boxes it was delightful to stay in a 500 year old property with all its charm and quirks. Coming home at night to our own a bar was fun. The bed was extremely comfortable and the access to art materials was a real bonus to my artist husband. The kitchen has lots of equipment and the water in the shower has high water pressure and heater only takes a short time to produce VERY hot water. Once the inner door is closed the apartment is very peaceful. Communication with Spiros was excellent. It’s difficult to suggests any improvements. Maybe more pillows. We would appreciate a washing machine but understand this is extra cost. Be aware the cleaner next door sometimes spills water from the balcony into the garden. Just sit to the left. Oh I don’t forget to try the restaurant next door. Thank you Spiros for a lovely stay. A great way to end our 4 weeks.

Excellent location, wonderful host and the amenities are as described. Litsa was so welcoming, gave us homemade bread/cake and also shared homemade lasagne with us. she also offered some toys for our little one and beach towels for us during our stay. highly recommend for the experience and location as restaurants and old town are a very short walk away. koum kapi beach is a 5 min walk as well. couldn't recommend enough..

Sifis' apartment was the perfect little oasis for our little Cretan getaway. It was squeaky clean, in a super convenient location close to old town Chania, and Sifis was very friendly and responsive when we needed a couple extra amenities during our stay. 10/10 recommend!

This is a very special apartment that has a view like no other. It’s the perfect home base to explore Chania and the region. I especially enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. There are many green grocers and farmer’s markets to procure the best Cretan produce and enjoying your meals with that incredible view. The apartment is comfortable, quiet, and John is a superb host. He is not only thoughtful, he’s very proactive. The best experience I’ve had with Airbnb. He should be called a super, super host!

A great place to stay in Chania! Location was just a short walk from old town Chania and the beach. Parking was spacious and right across the street from the apartment. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, extremely clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Flawless accommodation, view and brightness are there. Dimitris, who is the "reception manager" is a very pleasant and available person. The Fox cat is really cool! I'd love to go back to this listing!

Our host was very careful for details, kitchen had all necessary stuff, fridge, etc. everything was clean. Host gift us welcoming gifts and that was lovely ❤️. Nice location, beach is close and you can go to supermarket in 10min on bus. And 25 min to Chania, bus stop is near. Living there was a pleasure.

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

The apartment, its location, and the hosts’ hospitality are simply impressive. The room had everything we needed - even sun hats, beach towels, and slippers. A separate crib was provided for our son. The apartment also came with a juicer, toaster, coffee machine, coffee, tea, and plenty of food. However, the place is better suited for couples without small children. Our 1-year-4-month-old son constantly wanted to go up and down the stairs (which isn’t very safe) or out onto the balcony. Still, he managed to enjoy the beautiful views and woke up saying ‘wooow.’ 😁 The water at the beach is perfect for small children and peaceful relaxation. We had a wonderful vacation! Nearby, we discovered a lovely restaurant called Halepa with incredible sunsets and delicious seafood - highly recommended.

The place was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's very close to the beach and there are many shops nearby. The host Alkis was very polite and always answers within minutes if we needed anything. He went out of his way to help us when we needed a hand. Not to mention that he offered us a drive to the bus station.

We had a fabulous week away here! The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The balcony was so lovely with the amazing views. We were given oranges to make fresh orange juice which we had each day..so delicious! Also a lovely bottle of wine which was a nice welcome surprise. The apartment was a short walk to town, where each evening we explored a different area of Chania. We hired a car for exploring in the day, lovely beaches with clear blue water. Our first time to Crete and will sure to be back. Our daughter stayed with us and worked from home for 4 days, the WiFi was very good which was a relief! The apartment was very light and airy but maybe a fan in the twin room would be good as it got very hot, would be our only suggestion to improve our experience.

This is really good (because it is difficult to find a parking space on the road nearby) This building is new and has a nice elevator The room is also very clean and cozy. It is fully equipped. There is also complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator. The bathroom has a full-length mirror. The bedroom has a makeup mirror. The hot water is very warm. The bedroom lights are also very bright. I like it here ~ You can hear a little bit of traffic from the bedroom, but it's acceptable. It's just that I'm a light sleeper, so I noticed this. Overall, I highly recommend this place

This place was amazing. A little sanctuary in a fabulous location: walk to the right and you are in the Old City, walk to the left and you are at the beach. Enjoyed the balcony with a quaint view of a garden, trees and the coffee maker. Truly had everything I needed for a great stay and the host was amazing as well. There are lockers to leave luggage before or after check in/out.

We loved our stay here! It is in a great location. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. It also has an incredible view of the harbor from the balcony. The host made sure the property was very clean, provided some welcome gifts, and responded promptly when we locked ourselves out on accident! Would gladly stay here again!
