Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

Great place and great host. House in a quiet area, close to Kotor old town (about 15-20 min on foot). Denis is very communicative and friendly, gave recommendations for the most interesting places and recommended restaurants. The house is charming and very clean.

Nensi was so nice and helpful! The patio is gorgeous, and the space is very walkable to access all of Kotor. 10/10 - the best place I stayed on my trip.

The house was perfect. It is a wonderful location right on the bay, but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Old Town. The home was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Bostjan and Tamara were very responsive, hospitable, and helped make for an excellent stay.

The house is incredible and gets great sunset views from the hot tub! Hosts are incredible and very helpful with recommendations and even helped us get around town. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

We enjoyed staying in Milica's and Alexendra's home. Location is great with fantastic view on the old town. Restorant and shops are very close. Aleksandra is great host, very friendly and kind.

Almir's house was enormous. It was very good that it was big and comfortable. The house has everything you could need. In a calm and beautiful location. The house is immaculately clean and zero apartment. Almir helped us with everything and is a nice host. Thank you so much for everything.

Milica is a great host, she was very kind, kind and friendly. I was able to reach her whenever I wanted. He helped us with everything. It was very easy to get in touch with her. The house was very clean, the items were new and the view was very nice. It is a 10-15 minute drive to Kotor and perast, the location is very nice and there was a grocery store near the house and we could meet our needs from here. One of the most beautiful apartments to rent at this price. Thank you again Milica for everything. Hope to see you again.

Nenad is such a lovely host. The studio flat is spotless, conveniently located and very peaceful, very nice view from the balcony. Nenad's recommendations for places to eat were spot on and he also helped us with the airport transfers. We had a very interesting conversation about the history of Montenegro too :)

Our Dobrota Heights apartment had the most stunning views, a lovely pool and a great location. It's within easy walking distance of a number of waterside restaurants, where you can enjoy drinks and a swim or watch the sun set over the mountains. Mike was super efficient at responding to messages and providing useful information prior to our arrival. He also put us in touch with Remote Control, the company that oversees the apartments, who were so very helpful in organising transfers for us, both to and from the airport. Big thanks to Mira, Daniel and Rida! It's very reassuring to have a team like that to reach out to if you're in a foreign country and need advice. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. A good sized fridge, easy to work oven/stove, washing machine, a lovely shower and a balcony big enough to sit out on, to look at the boats coming in & out of the bay or, if you're lucky, you may spot a dolphin. Zdravko is very hospitable, the location description is very clear and the picture directions were very thoughtful, the location of the house was very good, there was a super view, we sat on the terrace all the time, we just bought a limited number of vehicles, we had trouble on the last day, but it didn't matter. If we were to go again, we would have stayed from the same place. On the last evening, we could not sit on the terrace due to the smoking of the next guest, which is a little troublesome due to the shared use of the terrace, I think it should not be smoking, after all, it has a spotless air and we came to breathe fresh air.

The apartment was impeccably maintained, featuring a spacious and inviting area upstairs, perfect for families and friends to come together. The balcony offered stunning views, particularly at sunset and sunrise. Overall, this apartment provided excellent value for money, thanks to its prime location and amenities. Ljiljana proved to be an exceptionally accommodating and responsive host throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Petar’s place in Kotor. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and in a very convenient spot to explore the area. The apartment was exactly as described, but even more spacious and beautiful than it looked in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Petar was a fantastic host—he gave us great tips about the region and was always helpful and kind. If we come back to Kotor, we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment with great views

Amazing apartment perfectly located for exploring the Bay of Kotor with beautiful interior. The apartment was clean and well resourced with everything we could have asked for to ensure we had a relaxing week including items to make the apartment accessible for the children. The apartment is located walking distance from the old town, with nearby supermarkets and bakeries making it easy to grab items as needed. Radmila and her husband provided fantastic instructions to find the apartment and were always on hand to help or answer questions - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We have just returned from a one week stay at Dijana & Malden’s apartment and we are already missing the beautiful view from their balcony. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and it’s beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had good communication before and during our stay with clear instructions for arrival and good recommendations for restaurants ( most of which we tried!) It’s a short walk down to a beautiful promenade by the bay and the views are simply stunning. Keep walking right and you come to a lovely harbour where there has been a lot of investment. We hired a car to explore the area..(it’s a 20 min drive from the airport via the ferry that runs non stop at 4 euros). Drive the long way to Kotor with a trip to Perast both of which shouldn’t be missed. You can walk up to the top of the mountain at Kotor and have a birds eye view of the bay! A trip to Tivat is also worth it with some amazing super yachts. A great stay and we’d love to come back soon!

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!
