Vacation rentals with a patio in Kotor Municipality

Very good apartment with a beautiful view to Kotor Bay. Very clean, very good communication. Not so far away from Old City if you like to hike a bit. 5/5 would recommended.

It was very good location, near the beach and about 10 minutes walk to the old town. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Big plus is that you can sit outside on a terrace and have meals there.

I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

Wonderful place, wish it was available a little longer but it was booked. Easy parking, around plenty of restaurants & things to do. There is a gym, pool, supermarket, restaurants & stores all in walking distance. Definitely recommend!

It is a cozy place with great view on the fortress and mountains. Everything matched the description, wifi was stable and fast (router was in the room), there were many expandable for cooking and even washing clothes so I didn't have to buy things I won't take with me. I was able to park car next to the building. It does not have some extra protection, but it is outside of main streets and loads of people and well lit. Bed is not the biggest one and mattress is very soft. But I was traveling alone and definitely didn't feel lack of space. Definitely recommend this place!

Very clean accommodation, faithful to the photos and stunning views of the mountains. Host always available, accommodating and responsive by message. Be careful having a car is highly recommended because it is very difficult to reach on foot or thanks to public transport, and necessary to get around. The downside is the “jacuzzi” which is a tub with jets that you don't feel. Regarding the pool it is clean, has a great view of the setting sun and the valley but is not heated

A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

Almir's house was enormous. It was very good that it was big and comfortable. The house has everything you could need. In a calm and beautiful location. The house is immaculately clean and zero apartment. Almir helped us with everything and is a nice host. Thank you so much for everything.

Elena and her husband have been very great hosts. The property was in a very accessible location - right across the ferry and with lots of parking spaces in front. The views from the property were amazing and the entire place was squeaky clean. We truly appreciated the local suggestions from Elena, some welcome items and her offer to rent their kayak/paddleboard. Truly amazing hosts!

A lovely clean villa in the hills but still close to the beaches - you can walk down to Zanjice and Mirista - you will absolutely need a car though as most places including all the shops are a drive away. Great for family time and relaxing.

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

We spent a week here and everything was great. The place is extremely clean with all the amenities you could ask for (plenty of towels, cooking oil, salt/pepper, coffee, body wash etc) and our hosts were great. Bed was extremely comfortable, the outdoor patio is such a beautiful space, which gets sun in the morning. We didn’t have a car, but there are steps right next to the apartment that lead to the main town roads (parts are dark at night, but we were fine with our iPhone flashlights). there was a wifi outage one day and the hosts insisted on providing us with a prepaid SIM card so we had internet access (such a nice touch!!) Would highly recommend.

MilicaHe is a very qualified landlord. Kind/enthusiated! The check-in guidelines are very clear. The apartment has a very good view. Among many homestays where I live, the hygiene and cleanliness are at the forefront. If I plan to come here, I will definitely choose to live here!

Lovely apartment with great views

We only had good Airbnb experiences so far and this was still by far the best! The apartment is amazing, spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable, it is even better than the pictures. Ana was very nice, she even lent us toys for our baby to play with, answered within 5 minutes and overall made us feel very welcome. We hope to come back here again!
