Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Kotor Municipality

I had a perfect stay! Petar’s place was spacious, clean and comfortable with an absolutely gorgeous balcony view which has been one of my favourite parts of the trip. Petar goes above and beyond to make sure his guest has everything they need and enjoy their stay. He is very kind, friendly, and responsive. 10/10 would highly recommend. I’m looking forward to visiting and staying here again.

We are very satisfied. Gordana and Igor welcomed us quite well. The location of the apartment is very close to everything and in an incredibly quiet location. Thank you so much for everything, if I were to come back, I would choose Gordana's house again.

Nice apartment and beautiful view!! There is a Beach Bar on the ground floor so music and buzz can be heard from balcony and at night. But it was cozy.

We had a very nice time at Bozidar's place. It was exactly what we saw in the pictures and the host was very nice and helpful! Lovely view at good price. Would really recommend this apartment to other travelers visiting Tivat!

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

Great place a short drive to Kotor. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped! The big plus is its terrace with direct access to the sea!! I highly recommend it to enjoy Kotor.

The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Photos don’t do justice to this property. The view is so scenic and the surroundings are so peaceful. Jovica was really sweet in welcoming us with a couple of beers, juice and water and gave warnings about the weather. My wife and I absolutely loved the whole experience!

Aleksandra & her son, Andrija, were such great hosts. Our flight arrived earlier than the check-in time & they allowed us to check-in early. They were really quick to respond to any questions we had - before we arrived and all the way through check-out. The villa is very lovely! Well-equipped with all the amenities, if your group likes to cook. It’s an easy walk to Old Town, plus there’s a nearby bakery and a little grocery store. And the view from the terrace? Absolutely stunning! 🤩 Me & my friends had the best holiday! We would definitely recommend this place!

everything was great. the owner showed where you can park on the territory, showed the apartment. it was very clean, the apartment is even better than in the photo. I will definitely come here again!

The building is new and the room was very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days in Kotor. The setting is beautiful and very quiet, and it has a spectacular view of the Bay of Kotor. Communication with Jaroslav was smooth and cordial. Thank you!

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

We felt very comfortable at Nenad's! It's a great apartment with a lovely terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble finding the place (drive to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 minutes' walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

Short but great stay. Spectacular view, spacious, clean, peaceful. Iva was a great host, we had smooth and friendly communication.

Milenas Communication was excellent. The Airbnb is in a great location with only 10 minutes walk to Porto Montenegro. The accommodation itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures ! Would stay here again

A very quiet and cosy apartment with a beautiful view. Close to grocery store, bakery and seaside. Great swimming opportunities. Local life and friendly people around. Ivona was great to help with sightseeing and taxi. We really enjoyed our stay😊Thank you!

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks
