Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kotor Municipality

We had the pleasure to stay at this house for 3 nights and really loved it there. Especially the outdoor area is awesome. The surrounding is peaceful and not to far away from the Kotor fjord. Bubo is an awesome host and very responsive. Top choice for family with Kids!

A beautiful home, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The main bedroom is beautiful with all facilities as described. The balcony leading off this is a great place to have breakfast while watching the ships and boats on the bay. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and with bathrooms as described. The kitchen has everything needed and with there’s a separate laundry room. The outside area is big and we used the BBQ one evening, a large dining area both inside and outside give you options depending upon the weather and time of year. In May we had sunny warm days and used the pool and sun loungers under Olive trees The blue line bus stops nearby for Kotor. Good restaurants 5- 10 minutes away by car/ taxi. Marko is an excellent host, he replies quickly with any questions and can recommend boat trips taxis etc. He does his utmost to help you always Book this home, it’s truly stunning ! We can absolutely recommend Nadia and Val's house in Montenegro on the Luštica peninsula. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed our vacation days. The house is just as described, if not even better... ;). It was super clean and really equipped with everything you need. On the one hand, the architecture reminded us of Tuscany but also with the beautiful tiles of Portugal. You have a fantastic view of the bay and even from all three bedrooms. The garden is Mediterranean and beautiful with olive trees, lavender, rosemary trees, orange trees and the infinity pool is a small highlight. Val welcomed us very warmly and was always available for us with all questions and concerns. A very special thank you for this!

We were very happy with our choice of place! A great villa with a spacious enclosed property, a large pool, and a sauna. The big and beautiful living room on the ground floor was perfect. The ping-pong table and table football were a pleasant surprise. Ideal for a large group. A car is a must. Two great beaches – Ploče and Jaz – are just a few minutes away by car. The hosts are very friendly and always available. Alla and Denis, thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

The place is great, we loved access to the garden, it was private and cosy. The bay is just down the stairs and accross the road. Very clear water and great swimming. The old town of Kotor is not far away and a walkable distance. A very nice restaurant is also close by. Petar is a wonderful host, very welcoming, always responded to our messages and was proactive about offering ideas for the things to do. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There are a few things that you need to keep in mind though if you are travelling with small children or older people: - there are no sidewalks. Bikes, cars and pedestrians share the road. This makes walking a bit more difficult. You get used to it but it's something to keep in mind. - water socks are a great idea. I don't usually bother with water socks because I'm fine with rocks but I wish I had them this time. The swimming is amazing though. We had a great time and want to come back. Will bring our watere socks next time. :)

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Daniel's & will definitely be back! Daniel was a super host always happy to help/advise when needed. Daniel is very friendly & hospitable. The apartment was superb & would definitely recommend. The location is perfect right in the middle of Kotor & Tivat with a bus service you can get on at the door. Plenty to do as well Restaurants, Boat Tours (which will pick you up on the private jetty) & close to local places to eat. Thanks Daniel from Kylie, Pete, Zane & Chloe

We had such a wonderful week in Sava's apartment. The apartment was spacious and airy and had the most amazing views of Kotor Bay. We loved everything about it, including that you could swim almost right outside the doorstep! Sava greeted us on arrival, even though we arrived very late, and was extremely helpful both before and throughout our visit. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The view from the balcony was absolutely fantastic, and everything was just as we hoped. We would love to come back again!

We had a great stay here. Check in was very easy and the apartment is exactly as described and comes well equipped with everything that you’d need. It is around a 30 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, the supermarket is a short walk down the road. We would stay here again

Great home base for exploring the bay of Kotor. Walkable to the old town of Kotor, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The host has tons of recommendations for what to do in the area, we highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay with my partner and parents. Aneta was so kind to arrange for two extra chairs for my mother to sit and have her morning cigar, as she camt walk too far. The terrace and the jacuzzi are linked to the apartment on the ground floor. it was easy to get to the water and swim and the sunsets are stunning. It is easy to get around with the ferry closeby. I would definitely come back!

We were a group of 4 friends looking to holiday somewhere none of us had been and didn’t know much about Montenegro. It was a fantastic choice. We stayed in Tivat, at Ljiljana’s place. The transfer from the airport took only 10 minutes (€20 for 2 taxis). Ljiljana’s directions were clear for the driver to follow. The place was high up ( Montenegro is NOT FLAT!) and has the most wonderful views of the sea, harbour and lush , hilly surroundings. It is a 8- 10 minute stroll to the harbour area. The apartment was, as described ( delightful). Ljiljana was there to meet us ( she was happy that we could get into our apartment sooner than expected). We used the swimming pool and the barbecue/ outside kitchen area (though didn’t cook) and lounges. Ljiljana was there ( via text) to answer any question ; responding quickly. I would happily recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable home from home (with a view). We took trips to Kotor and Budva which were both worth a visit.

Famtastic villa, accommodated large group of 10 family reunion - , aged from 8 to 83! Jas was great more then helpful, responding in minutes extensive knowledge of local resources, Helped us with everything - from getting to villa and local public holiday schedule, getting groceries, finding restaurants , arranging boat and yacht tours etc His helper Rosa lives on a property-great soul, feiendly and supportive Pictureus and idilic rural location, Jas provided a detailed instructions with a lot of prompting on our initial arrival driving time from nearest Tivat airport about 40 minutes, the local village with 3 restaurants and small shop / the beach 10 minutes. Clean pool , Wi Fi, lot of table games and books ! Roads are bit tricky to drive , esp for larger car but ok Hetting to a beach is better by car-overwise steppy walk Thank you Jas and Rosa

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Filip and Jovanka’s place! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the forest and blue villa and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this a true home away from home. Breathtaking Views And the view from the property? Absolutely stunning! Milo’s was very friendly & welcoming. Great communication from start to finish. The villa was lovely & very well equipped. The pool was great & the boys went in it every day, despite it being April!
