Vacation rentals with a patio in Korbach

We stayed for two nights as a group of 8. The place was simply amazing, very comfortable and felt right at home. A perfect stay. David was an amazing host— very responsive and friendly.

It was four great days in the small cozy apartment, which offered everything you need. The location of the apartment is optimal if you want to be in nature a lot 😀 Highly recommended!

We spent the turn of the year 23024/25 in Ahlam's attic apartment, the location is great to see Kassel. Parking in the courtyard with gate is also great. Unfortunately, the noise from the apartment below us was very disruptive (maybe it was on the holidays), otherwise we felt comfortable in the apartment. One plus: great amenities, comfortable furniture and of course the infrared cabin!

The apartment was very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was super friendly, quick and straightforward. In addition, the host was extremely accommodating. We highly valued our privacy and felt completely comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We were now in the accommodation for the 2nd time and if we go to Bad Sassendorf in the future, we will also book with Alex again. It was all to the complete satisfaction again.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. It's a nice space and sparkling clean! There are enough towels available and also things like salt and pepper. Bring your own oil if you want to cook. It is also a beautiful area, where you can walk beautifully. The beautiful Wisent Wildnis hike is 1.5 km away.

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

A truly excellent place to stay! We had the whole manor for a larger group, and that was amazing. The private bathroom in each room is brilliant, the common area is nicely furnished and you will find everything your heart desires. Especially the new outdoor area with terrace, barbecue and fire bowl was used intensively. The communication was very nice and straightforward, despite the delay on our part, we were checked in personally and very kindly. Absolute recommendation for larger groups.

We wanted to spend a relaxing weekend getaway with close friends and Manfred‘s house was the most ideal place to be. The house is perfectly located - away from the hustle bustle of the city and close to nature. The views from the house are splendid and the proximity to the lake is cherry on the top! Manfred is a great host, was available to communicate when we needed him. The house was clean and cozy and we felt absolutely at home here. We have great memories here and will definitely recommend and love to visit again! Thank you :)

We were in the house for the weekend and were positively surprised. Everything was clean, even a sweet welcome card had been there. Bottles of water and apple juice were ready for us. The hostess puts in a lot of effort and you can immediately feel how much love she puts into it. We have now been there with 12 people and we can say that we will come back there because we as a group liked it so much. This house is also something for families because there are enough toys for the little ones, a super large trampoline, even a sandbox. I highly recommend this place

The house - in a nice vintage style - is in a beautiful area, near Winterberg. With a fifteen-minute drive you are at the slopes, where you can easily park. There are several restaurants on the same street as the house, but it is otherwise nice and quiet. Due to circumstances, we were there a day shorter and less than planned with one family member; we would also have liked to visit the suspension bridge nearby and skied for an extra day. Hopefully we can get back to the resit soon. Host Daan is fantastic; nice, fast communication and super helpful. Thank you!

We had a great weekend with nine adults in Doreen's beautiful house. The house is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The apartment is very cozy and offers everything you could need (and more). The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the small electric fireplace makes the living room extra cozy. The hosts can always be reached and provide all kinds of information and small surprises. Surroundings is quiet and offers great hiking opportunities. All around good and perfect for a getaway :)

Till is a great host and really really helpful with personal request. I thank him for that.. His place is walkable from train station but located in a peaceful location. Great place with great amenities.. wonderful host and wonderful place.. would certainly stay again next time.. Thank you and I highly recommend it.

Lovely place to stay, there are large bright rooms, good with space. It's nicely clean and there was everything we needed to make a daily life work. In a quiet area, with horses right next to the kitchen window and houses, mountains and Hercules out the living room window. It's easy to get out on great hiking trails, right from the home and easy to walk into the city. Lovely place, would definitely recommend.

Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back out.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. On the arrival day 23.2.2025 the sun shone and we could enjoy our arrival drink on the balcony in the sun. Super. in the apartment there was everything needed, even tea, coffee and spices. The beds were wonderful. So we slept well. There is much to do in the surrounding area, so we certainly didn't get bored.

I had the pleasure of staying at the "Family Friendly for Work and Leisure with Cinema" on the Diemelsee, and it was an outstanding experience. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished, which immediately gives a feeling of comfort. Particularly impressive was the in-house cinema, which is a highlight for both children and adults. The location near the Diemelsee offers numerous recreational opportunities, whether hiking, swimming or just enjoying nature. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made sure we didn't miss anything. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect combination of work and leisure in an idyllic setting.
