House vacation rentals in Koper

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Helena hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie Absprache wann wir ankommen hat super funktioniert. Sie hat uns vor Ort alles erklärt und gezeigt und uns auch Tipps gegeben, wo man gut essen gehen kann. Man hatte vor Ort einfach alles schon da, ein kleiner Einkauf war schon gemacht, für den ersten Hunger. Spülmaschinen tabs , taps für die Waschmaschine, Spüllappen , aber auch Grillkohle…… alles vorhanden. Dann wurde ein grosser Obstkorb zwischendurch vorbei gebracht . Helena war auch immer zu erreichen und hat nach einem kleinen Unwetter auch am nächsten Tag gefragt , ob es uns gut geht und ob wer kommen soll zum sauber machen. Pool wurde zwischendrin auch einmal gereinigt. Mit Hund auch super dort, weil ordentlich eingezäunt, gassi runde auch kein Problem. Also wir waren rund um zufrieden und würden wieder hinfahren. Lieben Dank an Helena und auch an deinen Mann🫶🏻

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Empfang war sehr nett mit einem Willkommensgeschenk. Die Kommunikation mit Miro (Ansprechpartner) war einfach und man bekam schnelle Rückmeldung. Auch bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. In Summe ein sehr gelungener Urlaub/Aufenthalt und definitiv zum Empfehlen!

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Casa Collini sehr genossen! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Von der Terrasse aus lassen sich wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge bestaunen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Kontakt mit Marin von der Hausverwaltung, den wir als sehr sympathisch und hilfreich erlebt haben. Das Haus ist für Rollstuhlfahrer sehr zu empfehlen, das Erdgeschoss inkl. Terrasse ist punkto Barrierefreiheit wirklich super eingerichtet. Schön, dass beim Hausbau darauf geachtet wurde. :-)

The house is amazing, the pool is great, especially with the indoor Jacuzzi, the kitchen is bright and beautiful, and very peaceful surroundings in the middle of nature. In walking distance, you find a local restaurant in a lovely 200 year old town - the smallest city in the world. Bring your supermarket purchase ride with you, then you can enjoy interrupted vacations. The host family is great, always helpful, always there if you need them for good advice. we felt very well treated and welcome. We had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely come back in the future. Spędziliśmy wspaniały czas w tym domu! Gospodarz był niezwykle miły i gościnny – już od samego początku czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani. Na powitanie czekały na nas świeże warzywa i owoce, co było bardzo miłym gestem. Dom jest świetnie zlokalizowany – blisko miasteczka z dobrymi restauracjami, a w okolicy znajduje się wiele malowniczych ścieżek rowerowych. Sam dom był nieskazitelnie czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy!

Tanja e Darko ci hanno accolto in modo amorevole. Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

Sehr gut ausgestattete und gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Gerade für Familien ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und reaktionsschnell. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt!

Andreja was very responsive, the apartment had a nice view and it was more spacious than expected. It was extremely clean and the host is very kind, pays attention to details and gave us a warm welcome. Would definitely go back.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado para visitar la zona, en una zona muy tranquila y apacible. Necesario coche, que se puede aparcar gratis en la misma propiedad. Apartamento completamente equipado, muy bonito, y todo muy nuevo, de gran calidad y en perfecto estado. Terraza muy agradable. En general, cuidado de todos los detalles al nivel de un buen hotel. Hasta nos obsequiaron con una botella de vino espumoso que ya estaba frio en el frigorífico!! Solo hemos estado un par de días, pero ha sido una experiencia muy buena y volveríamos a elegir este alojamiento de nuevo sin dudarlo. Gracias!

Sehr gute lage, zentral in Barcola, aber ruhig. Tolles Ambiente, schöne Zimmer. Und René war ein hervorragender Host, sehr zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar, informativ, sehr freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. Ohne Zweifel würde ich sofort nochmal buchen, falls ich in Trieste wäre. Danke, René!

Everything was perfect. House was conveniently located 4 min off the highway. Quiet street with great view of the Adriatic from the top balcony. Everything was super clean. Kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Would highly recommend

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche im Juni in Sabinas Haus. Alles sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz direkt im Innenhof ist angesichts der schwierigen Parksituation in Triest echt toll. Das Haus liegt in einem privaten Innenhof, erreichbar über eine schmale Einbahnstraße, im Nebengebäude wohnen sehr nette Leute. Zunächst dachten wir, das Haus wäre zu weit ab vom Zentrum, aber das hat sich als Fehleinschätzung ergeben. Die Busstation ist wirklich gleich ums Eck. Fünf Stationen, dann ist man im Zentrum. Das geniale, kommt man Abends zurück mit dem Bus, sind gleich fussläufig noch zwei Bars für einen Absacker, wenn man möchte. Die Bäckerei direkt ums Eck hat eine super Auswahl und auch Pizza und Kuchen und auf der Terrasse an der Strasse kann man sitzen und genießen. Wir hatten eine ruhige erholsame Zeit in Sabinas wunderschönem Haus.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the large bed was comfortable. There is a nice area for sitting out in the lower garden. The sea view is somewhat misleading. While it is possible to view the sea it can’t be done from the apartment unless you walk across the lower garden. The seaview shown is essentially from SAs parent apartment on the upper floor. That said the garden is a pleasant place to sit out. As others have stated there is a language issue with SAs father but this was easily got round with hand signals etc. He was waiting for our arrival and showed us round the apartment and was pleasant to deal with. He also brought chocolate pancakes one evening. SA was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival and offered us the option to arrive early. Overall this is a pleasant place to stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

Our stay was lovely! The place was as described and Mojca was very friendly and helpful. We had no problem parking. It was about a 20 minute walk to the town and it was an uphill walk back to the house.

We had an amazing stay here! The view was magic, the room was super nice, the host was also really nice and helpful. The WiFi was a bit patchy at times, and the shower water took a long time getting hot. But other than that it was a perfect stay! We recommend, and we would book it again ☺️

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Grožnjan! I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world, and this place is easily one of the best I've experienced. The beautifully designed and decorated apartment, set in the heart of this enchanting medieval town, is truly magical and incredibly romantic. The upstairs bedroom, complete with a luxurious tub, feels like a dream. The attention to detail is remarkable—nothing about this space feels like a rental. It’s clear the owners spared no expense in making it special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The communication was seamless, and the warm welcome, felt right at home. A bonus for those arriving by car: secured parking is available, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in this area where parking can be tricky. It might sound like I’m gushing, but I promise I’m not exaggerating! I can’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair, it deserves mention.

This was our first trip to Slovenia and what a fantastic time we had! Ana and Alec's house is in a great location - peaceful, incredible views and a couple of good restaurants in the village; it was also easy to get to the coast and also into Croatia to explore a little of this country too. The house was fabulous! Spacious, stylish and with literally everything we needed. The pool was wonderful to plunge into after our very hot trips out! Thank you, Ana and Alec, for letting us stay in your wonderful house. Thank you also for the kind gift of a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on our first evening, sat outside looking at the beautiful views.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Just for clarity, this place is not an entire home, as it is divided into two apartments by a locked door. This means that if there are noisy neighbours in the adjacent unit, you can hear everything. That aside, the accommodation was very nice and clean, the bed was really comfortable, the area was peaceful, and the host was promptly responsive.
