Surrounded by forests, vineyards, Tinjan hill with so many trekking tours that start just behind our house, climbing rock walls, a river Rižana and the Parencana cycling road, that brings you to Triest, Koper, Portorož...Poreč. In Dekani we have excellent wines, olive oils and restaurants that you can visit and taste. We made this apartment like we will live in because we want you feel comfortable and relax.

Stylish, newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment on the sunny hill Markovec above Koper. The nearest city beach, Žusterna, is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Free parking available. It is on the third floor, without an elevator. Beds can be joined to form a double bed or remain as 4 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for an additional person if necessary. Bed linen and towels are provided. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

My place is suitable for couples, two or three friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families (with 1 child), as there is a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is located in the very heart of the old city centre of Koper, 3 minutes on foot from the open market (a large parking place for 25€/week) and 4 minutes from the public beach. All main attractions are nearby, so is the public transport. You’ll love my place because of its central location in a quiet area.

The room features exposed stone walls complemented by wooden accents and beams. Natural light filters in through two wooden windows. A spacious bed is positioned near the wall, while shelves are installed on the adjacent wall, providing a minimalist storage solution.

A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.

There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.

Very central location a stone's throw (literally) from Piazza Tito. Clean and tidy apartment with 3 bedrooms. Very well equipped and provided. Perfect for a stay in the area. Janez is a nice and very discreet host. Promoted with full marks.

Charming Apartment With A Terrace

Erik's apartment is really lovely. My family feels like at home. It is comfortable and functional. The location is good. Erik provides a parking garage 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Erik is very friendly and responsible person. Any time we needed anything he was very quick to answer. He met us personally and saw to the apartment, also showed and explained everything inside. We stayed there two weeks. there were 5 of us. Two adalds and 3 children (16, 11 and 0.7 y.o) and the apartment was comfortable for us. Also can mention that Koper developed a lot recently there are enough space in the beach and very nice prominade. Also there is a nice bicycle road to Izola that you can use for ride or for walk. highly recommend.

Sandro is a great host. He picked us up at the meeting point as agreed with him. Everything worked smoothly. Apartment as described. The view of the bay of Koper is beautiful. In the apartment everything you need is available. Everything clean. Nice kitchen. Wi-Fi very good. Sandro was always available and explained to us what to look at nearby. Beach 2 minutes by foot. Ivana’s place was the absolute best place to stay in Koper. Everything was perfect and we felt very cozy. There are multiple places for drinks and food and grocery within walking distance. The sea is basically across the street and the use of the car garage is a super bonus. We’d stay here again if we get a chance to stay in Koper.

It was lovely at Tina's. The cottage had everything we were looking for and was super nice. The parking space for the car was also very nice. We were warmly welcomed by an incredibly sweet black cat and look back with a nice feeling on our holiday.

My Brother and I spent three nights at Martina's lovely Apartment in Koper. It was absolutely perfect. Martina was waiting to greet us upon arrival with keys to the apartment and a card for the parking garage across the street. She showed us around the apartment and was also quick to respond the following day when we needed a fee additional items. The location of the apartment is extremely convenient within walking distance to the harbour and many restaurants, cafes, and the historical old centre of Koper. I have Slovenian relatives who live just outside of Koper, so I will definitely book Martina's apartment again when I return for another holiday.

Everything was perfect from start to the end of the booking process. You will find Emi's accommodations to be quite serene and pleasant. But the most surprising feature was the large garden, which will make your stay more enjoyable. Certainly, his home is quiet, nice, and well-equipped with all conveniences, and Edi will assist you in having a very wonderful time during your stay.

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot. We hope to come back soon for another weekend. Thank you Mirjam!
