The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt Dich vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Inzwischen haben wir auch eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. In unserem Haus befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung….Captains Suite.

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

ein wunderbares haus mit veranda und sitzplätzen, direkt am seeufer gelegen mit umschwung; rundherum bäume, schilf, vögel, blick auf das wasser, zugang zum see. in küche und bad ist alles vorhanden. trotz dem regnerischen wetter fand ich die umgebung und die sicht auf den see äusserst reizvoll, ich habe mich im haus und der umgebung sehr wohlgefühlt. komme gerne wieder!

Als erste viel die außerordentliche Sauberkeit der Wohnung auf. Alle Böden sowie Bad und Küche waren in makellosem Zustand. Dazu war die Wohnung gut eingerichtet mit allem notwendigen Zubehör in Küche und Bad. In dem hochwertigen Bett haben wir hervorragend geschlafen. Die Unterkunft ist insbesondere für den Preis eine absolute Empfehlung.

The place felt very peaceful with breakfasts on the back patio overlooking a wonderfully secluded garden. Very quiet and the perfect place to come home to after a busy day sightseeing!

Dagmar & Stefan sind zwei super sympathische Gastgeber. Es war wundervoll bei euch zu übernachten. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Check- In super einfach, alle Infos bekommen die man benötigt oben drauf noch paar coole Tipps für die Umgebung. Immer erreichbar gewesen, direkt geantwortet. Was will man mehr ✨ Die Wohnung war top sauber und allgemein ein luxuriöses wohnen so wie wir es mögen. Traumhafter Ausblick auf den See und die schönen Sonnenuntergänge werden wir auch nicht vergessen. Wenn man sehr lärm empfindlich ist , ganz ruhig ist es nicht durch das unten liegende Restaurant & auch die Straße und Belüftungsrohre hört man wenn man das Fenster offen hat. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man so im Alltag braucht. Auch super mit den 2 Parkplätzen in der Garage + Fahrstuhl. Besser geht’s nicht ✨ sehr gepflegter Park direkt vor der Tür und auch der Supermarkt ist keine 2 min entfernt . Einfach toll !

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in der wirklich sehr schönen Unterkunft. Diese ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Umgebung ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Ich hoffe wir können wieder mal vorbei kommen. Es war unser erstes Ainnb, die Messlatte für zukünftige ist sehr hoch.
