A wonderful apartment, very tastefully decorated, very quiet and yet with very good transport links to the center of Constance. Breakfast outside overlooking the garden - just vacation. Constance as a starting point for tours on Lake Constance is also ideal due to the ferry connections. Very spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment in a quiet location near the lake. Florian is very friendly and accommodating. We spent a few very nice days in the apartment.

We felt really comfortable with Udo from start to finish! :-) The apartment is centrally located (and yet very quiet) and offers a great base for exploring Constance on foot. It is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (cozy, wide bed, great shower and fully equipped kitchen). Udo is a great host who was helpful and responsive, as well as always (!) friendly. Another plus is the garage right next door, which can be entered day and night. We will be back!

The house was beautiful. Spacious and felt like home with fabulous views of Konstanz.

There is only one thing that is difficult: the departure. From the cozy outdoor seating, as well as the large window fronts, we had a great view of the lake. It was very quiet. In the evening, frogs and blackbirds gave small concerts. The area and the many information invited us to excursions, from which we could relax well in the evening and look forward to the new day in the morning. The entire facility/equipment is beautifully simple, tasteful, clean, as good as new. Here, the eye of an architect has been strictly passed through and with the craftsmanship and tasteful accessories by the hostess, a small oasis of well-being has been created. Cool drinks and coffee were available upon arrival and plenty of towels - and cleaning/dishwashing supplies were available. And that's part of it...The next day, toilet paper didn't have to be bought for the holidays. This is very convenient for shorter stays. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment as described, very well equipped and quiet, friendly and attentive host

We had a wonderful time staying at Adelheit's place. The location directly on the lake is fantastic and the house itself is modern, high quality and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was very clean, thoughtful and architecturally really nicely made. You can tell that someone went out of their way to create a special place for guests. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and were able to switch off properly. It was a completely successful stay, for which we are very grateful. We would have liked to stay longer and will be back for sure. Thank you very much, dear nobility!

We would highly recommend the place to everyone. Julia is really a super nice hostess and totally accommodating. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers outstanding amenities. The location is really great and the view is breathtaking :)

Great location for Constance (15 minutes by bus, runs every 15 minutes), hiking, … The apartment is very nicely developed, it reminds a bit of a yoga loft, it is really special with plenty of space for two people. The view from the balcony to the ferry port is great, it is not noisy at all, but simply interesting to Observe. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

We loved the apartment from the moment we entered. It is furnished with so much love for detail and every little thing has been thought of. Just beautiful! Many thanks to Zeljka for all the nice touches during our stay. It was an all-round successful vacation for us!

We had a very nice getaway. Gilbert's apartment is beautifully furnished, the kitchen and bathroom super well equipped, we felt very comfortable. The location is also very quiet. Nevertheless, you can walk to Meersburg am See in about 25 minutes and by car in 5 minutes.

we had a wonderful week in a beautiful and complete apartment. If you love peace and nature, with plenty of things to do in the nearby area, this is your place! We would like to go back again, because we have not seen everything yet. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment Seeliebe and can absolutely recommend it! Everything was very clean, stylishly decorated and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location immediately provides relaxation. We found the fair prices of the mini-bar to be particularly positive – a great addition! Of course, because the hot tub and sauna too. Everything very high quality and modern- we were just amazed. The amenities are so complete, like at home. There's nothing missing. It goes very well beyond the normal level of vacation rentals. If you still need something (raclette, sled), just ask the landlord. Very helpful. The views from the apartment is outstanding, sunrise behind the mountains... An exceptional luxury apartment in a great location in the Black Forest, a few minutes drive to Switzerland.

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

We used the place for a weekend away with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation. For four people, it is a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you stay outside more than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. Thank you for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.
