It is a spacious 3LDK of about 200 ㎡ on 2.5 floors, and can accommodate up to 11 people. With a large garden where you can play with your dog (about 600 tsubo, free parking for up to 8 cars) and pet amenities, we offer a luxurious time with your dog. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and comfortable throughout the year, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. Outdoors, you can enjoy a relaxing time with your family and friends, such as a state-of-the-art electric BBQ that connects to your smartphone, stargazing, reading on the terrace, and taking a nap (with a hammock). Relax your mind and body in the state-of-the-art sauna, and at night, be soothed by the tranquility of the forest and the starry sky. We renovated a small 150-year-old warehouse (former sake cellar) and turned it into a small inn for rent. Perfect for: * People who like Japanese houses. The vacation house is within walking distance of Komoro station, and there are attractive tourist destinations such as Komoro Castle Kaikoen, wineries, and trekking routes. Matsumoto Castle is 1 hour and 20 minutes by car.

It is a quiet, small, cozy guest house. The deck is spacious enough for about 6 people to have a barbecue, etc. Please note that it may feel a little cramped for 4 adults. Since it is a mountain forest, there are insects, but we carefully control insects in the guest house. Please understand if they enter during your stay. If you are not good with insects, etc., I think you will have a little resistance, so please book with that in mind. In winter, it gets below freezing around here. Please note that the heating facilities in this guest house are mainly kerosene stoves and kerosene fan heaters. We also have electric appliances, but if you use too much, the safety device will work (smart meter) and the electricity in the house will flash, so please do not use a lot of electric appliances at once. An earth leakage meter is also installed. If the electricity flashes, please reduce the use of electricity.(Also, please contact us about rural living experiences, etc. We do our best to disinfect and clean after guests leave to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example.
