You can fully enjoy mountain sightseeing at this time of year, such as Kamikochi, Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, Hakuba and Happo Pond.From the second half of August to September, after the bustle of summer, you can enjoy the slightly calmer atmosphere of Shinshu. Go to the mountains and highlands during the day, and the tranquility of Satoyama at night. This is a rental cottage where you can enjoy a sauna, BBQ, and a starry sky. Recommended for those who want to relax in Azumino, as well as for one or more night stays as a base for sightseeing in Kamikochi and Hakuba. Convenient access to Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama-Kurobe.It can also accommodate group trips, family trips, and long-term stays.There is a laundry machine and a bathroom with a dryer function, so you can have a comfortable stay even for extended periods. You can also come by public transport, but the area is more convenient to have a car. Free pick-up and drop-off are available at Shinano-Matsukawa Station and Akashina Station.Other pick-up and drop-off services and sightseeing pick-up and drop-off services are available for 2,000 yen to 8,000 yen (round-trip fare) depending on the distance, within 2 hours each way.For groups of 5 or more, we can arrange a rental car, so please consult with us in advance. There are also plenty of seasonal activities, such as skiing, hiking, river play, hot springs, and Hokuto City, which is surrounded by famous peaks, has many viewpoints where you can enjoy views of Mt. Yatsugatake, the Southern Alps, and Mt. Fuji. There is also an abundance of spring water. Please try to find them. The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. From summer to early fall, the coolness unique to the highland at an altitude of 1,000 meters is particularly noticeable. At night, the temperature drops sharply, making the tropical nights of the city seem like a lie, and you can spend a comfortable night with a blanket at hand. An entirely private, newly built villa with a quiet 100-tsubo (1,500 m²) forest garden. The inn was featured in Tabi Salad and Ariyoshi no Kabe. Would you like to spend a comfortable time in a spacious villa? It is a special, entirely private space in a natural forest. In the quiet living room, the cozy warmth of the fireplace spreads, and you can also enjoy NETFLIX with the latest Aladdin projector. For a relaxing time, we recommend warming your body from the core in the sauna, which can accommodate up to 7 people, and then cooling off in the outdoor Jacuzzi. The large wooden deck terrace overlooks the great outdoors. For a special experience, try outdoor dining with a gas BBQ grill (for a fee). Spending time chatting around the campfire or reading while looking out at the forest is also a luxury.

Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Enjoy your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, which is blessed with forests, lakes, and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, and there are many natural places nearby such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri, and Togakushi. Feel free to use the entire building, which has been renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, as well as the natural garden that creates seasonal scenery and the forest where the stream flows.You can see birds, squirrels, and martens in the forest, and you can enjoy walking around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. If you are not good with insects, etc., I think you will have a little resistance, so please book with that in mind. In winter, it gets below freezing around here. Please note that the heating facilities in this guest house are mainly kerosene stoves and kerosene fan heaters. We also have electric appliances, but if you use too much, the safety device will work (smart meter) and the electricity in the house will flash, so please do not use a lot of electric appliances at once. An earth leakage meter is also installed. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
