Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Komiža

The apartment was wonderful for our 2 nights on Hvar. It is located in a quite neighborhood in walking distance to the old town. If you arrive with a trolley we recommend to take a taxi because you take many stairs from the port to the apartment. Korina was a lovely host!

A little pearl in Komiza 🥰 Can really recommend it! Close to everything! Even if the house is in the center.., it’s private and cozy. The little garden area was a nice place to relax. Everything is clean and comfortable. The house had everything you need. And the view is just amazing!😍 Tamara ( the contact person) is so cute,friendly and helpful 🥰 Snježana ( house owner) always responds quickly and is also very friendly and sweet 🥰 We had our 2 small dogs with us, and they agreed with us that we had a wonderful time here,and that we really want to come back again!

Visited Vis once again. I was lucky enough to be able to rent this apartment again. It is just a beautiful little spot. It has everything you need, is sparkling clean and has the most beautiful balcony/ terrace. We landed this time a little outside the tourist season, and managed a few days with total silence, and afterwards to enjoy the sight of the many boats that docked, an absolutely fantastic experience again, especially if you like me to sit and enjoy the sight of life unfolding in the harbor, on water, on land and with the most beautiful view. Many thanks to Ana and her mother once again. We hope to see you again soon.

Clean, tidy and large house, parking in front of the door. We went by car to/from Vis Centrum, we found walking just a bit too far

It was easy to find the accommodation. It looked exactly like on the pictures. Location is super close to the center of Komiza with the great view of the nature.

A lovely Airbnb stay on a beautiful island ! Host was very helpful and responsive with any queries had. Location was ideal as could walk to the beaches within 2 mins and boat to hvar was only 10 mins.

So happy with our stay here in Hvar. What a find! The location is unbeatable, just down a few steps and you are right there on main harbor. So easy to walk from the ferry. But just far enough back to be very quiet and private. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We LOVED the balcony and the upper-level kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Very nice decor, furniture, and appliances - just as in the pictures. The host was so kind and helpful. Coffee shop just outside. Restaurants all around. The location really is incredible - we will 100% stay here if we are back in Hvar.

We loved our stay at Maricas apartment. Berti picked us up at the bus staytion and showed us the way to the Apartment and the surrounding. He gave us all the important Information about the Apartment and the Island. We felt really welcomend. During our stay Berti was reachable and answered soon. The House is lovely and has everything we needed. The location is really great, it‘s about 5 min walk to the biggest beach in Komiza (there are two smaller ones even closer) and about 2 min walk to the harbour with all the restaurants. If we will come back to Komiza we will definetly stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nera’s. The location is stunning and very well positioned in Komiža, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It was also extremely peaceful when we were there. Nera and Lara were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were very grateful that they met us for a late check in, after 9pm. They also were kind enough to give us lots of delicious snacks while we were there. We felts very welcome (thank you Nera & Lara!) The view from the apartment is simply perfect. Staying here was the highlight of our trip in Croatia. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

Tamara’s place is perfect. Well equipped compact apartment with everything you need. The terrace out front is gorgeous for having your morning coffee or your evening wine surrounded by beautiful flowers. Tamara is super responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Just 10 steps away from a stunning stony beach with crystal clear water - don’t forget to pack your swimming shoes and googles.

Dina's place is a wonderful spot to nestle into and call your home away from home for a short while. The accomodations were great, but Dina and Malik are the real stars of this listing. They were so gracious and accommodating making me feel so welcome. Special people in a special part of the world.

Sanja’s home is a peaceful little oasis. Located in a small village it was very tranquil and quiet. As other reviewers suggested it would help to have a vehicle or scooter to get around the island, purchase supplies, etc… Bruno is a very kind man and was full of helpful information. Thank you both.

We absolutely loved our stay at Darren’s studio apartment. The location was amazing, 1 minute walk from shops, restaurant and harbour. The apartment was really nicely decorated with a modern bathroom. We would love to stay again and highly recommend! We would also recommend Konoba Jasmina for delicious seafood, only 3 minutes from our apartment.

Staying with Ivan was nothing short of a pleasure, his home was beautiful and was extremely clean. He would often see us in town or around and ask us if everything was okay and if we needed anything to please not hesitate to ask him. You will definitely be seeing us again! Thank you so much!

Our experience at this place was completely positive. The apartment is on two floors and has enough space for four. Particularly impressive was the beautiful sea view from the balcony – the perfect place to end the day with a breakfast or an evening glass of wine. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The size is ideal for a group or a family without feeling cramped. The proximity to the beach and the city center is unbeatable – both within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped so there was nothing missing to prepare meals yourself. All in all, a great place to stay that we can highly recommend. We would come back anytime!

Increible apartment in Hvar. It was very near the main pier. The view outstanding and Francesco was incredibly kind with us sharind local recommendations and offering help at any time. We were 5 in the apartment and were really comfortable. Definetively a place I would like to visit again with my family!

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

This rental property is so great. Our family arrived overtired, soaked from the rain, not feeling well from a very rough catamaran ride from Dubrovnik, and we were so hungry. This accommodation turned it all around! They left us a box of pasta and red sauce (we were all beyond grateful) and a stocked kitchen with so many helpful and special and generous add-ons. Beds were comfy. There is a market very close by for immediate food and beverages. The view was beautiful. It's an easy walk to and from the Ferry Port of Hvar... and all of the fun places in town. We rented e-bikes from Antonio Rent... which we highly recommend... also not far from this airbnb. Exploring by e-bike is such an efficient and fun way to visit so many places in one day... then coming home to this airbnb for a solid place to sleep, was perfect. This airbnb and the bike tour were so instrumental in turning things around, and making Hvar our favorite stop in Croatia. Coffee machine is Top Notch!

Ana was a great host! Her instructions on checking in and finding the place were super clear. We had no issues checking in. The place was exactly as described and shown in photos. The location was great! It was 15-20min walk away from the main town of Vis but still had great restaurants, groceries, gelato nearby. It’s also a 20min walk from one of the most beautiful beaches with the clearest water I’ve ever seen! Our stay in Vis was amazing, we’re looking forward to coming back!

We had a lovely stay at Anamarija's. The flat was very nice, new, and well stocked. The location was great, close to beaches, the port, and restaurants. Anamarija was responsive and helpful, and also provided all the extras needed for a baby. Would definitely stay again.
