Apartment vacation rentals in Komi

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν υπεράνω κάθε προσδοκίας. Από την πρώτη στιγμή νοιώσαμε άνετα στον χώρο και εξαιρετικά οικεία με την ιδιοκτήτρια. Οτιδήποτε θελήσαμε από πλευράς καταλύματος το είχαμε και με το παραπάνω. Μόνο θετικά σχόλια έχουμε για την Πόλυ και το κατάλυμα.

Son derece ilgili her sorumuza kısa süre içerisinde cevap veren iyi bir ev sahibi.Evin temizliği çok iyiydi,konumu çok güzeldi herkese tavsiye ederim.Chiosa tekrar geldiğimde müsaitlik durumuna göre tekrar konaklayacağım bir ev oldu bizler için.

Haziran ayında Alper’in evinde bir hafta kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık. Ev plaja ve Migros’a çok yakın. Bir haftalık kalmak için gereken her şey vardı. Temizdi, düzenliydi, fazladan havlu, tuvalet kağıdı ve diğer ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüştü. Güzel bir balkon terası vardı, yemeklerimizin çoğunu orada yedik. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri de çok kolaydı. Herkese çok tavsiye ederiz! Kemal beye teşekkür ederiz!

We were very happy with the location. The house was clean. It is very close to the beach! We walked there in 5 mins to swim every morning and afternoon. The grocery shops are very close so it was very easy to carry the groceries. Even the farmers market is very close. Erkan Grocery Store is right across it and it was still open around 2 AM. The pharmacy, the bus station, minibus route to go to Alacati and Cesme are very close. Last but not least, our host(Can’s mother) was a wonderful host.

Merkezi konumda, restorant ve barlara yakın mesafede. Caddeye sıfır konumda olduğundan geceleri bazen araç sesi gelebiliyor, uykunuz hafifse rahatsız olabilirsiniz. Bizim için bir sorun olmadı. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için gayet yeterli bir daire. Balkonu manzarası mütiş. 100/100

Çeşme’de geçirdiğimiz en keyifli tatillerden biriydi! Evin konumu harikaydı; çarşı , marinaya yakın olması büyük avantaj sağladı. Ev sahibi çok tatlı ve yardımseverdi, iletişimimiz çok rahattı. Ev ise gerçekten mükemmeldi: tertemiz, konforlu ve her detay düşünülmüştü. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim, tekrar Çeşme’ye gelirsek hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırız!

Konaklamamizdan gayet memnun kaldik, ev cok merkezi bir konumdaydi cogu kafe ve restorana yürüyerek gidebildik ayrica gayet temiz ve duzenli bir evdi teşekkür ederiz

Εκπληκτικό το δωμάτιο, εύκολο να το βρεις, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, ήσυχο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις! Ο δε Κωνσταντίνος άψογος, φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός, πολύ φιλόξενος, άριστος άνθρωπος, οικείος και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικός!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Κωνσταντίνε!!

Güzel bir muhit sessiz huzur dolu bizimde aradığımız buydu zaten keyf aldık… çevrede güzel koylar var gezdik, köylere de yakın pyrgi,mesta,olimpi… emperios da bayaa yakın yemek için gidilebilir…

This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

We had an amazing & comfortable stay at Maria’s! She was super hospitable and we had everything we needed. We loved that we were less than a 1 minute walk to Komi beach with a ton of amazing bars & restaurants! 10/10 will stay here again!

Wir waren super zufrieden. Alle waren total freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit der tollen Terasse, war genau das richtige um mal die Sehle baumeln zu lassen. Auf das kleine Missverständnis das es keine 2 Betten sondern 1 Bett mit 2 Schlafplätzen war, wurde sofort und unkompliziert reagiert. War natürlich auch mein Fehler, da mein Blick auf den Photos mehr der wundeschönen Lage galt. Dazu kommt das es auf der Insel Chios wirklich richtig viel zu entdecken gibt. Ein ganz toller Urlaub der richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Vielen Dank dafür

Nikolas y su hijo Dimitris fueron muy amables, desde el primer momento a nos respondieron muy rapido. La casa estaba impecable y solo 2 minutos a una playa muy bonita y a todas comerciales, restrauntes tambien. Nos dejaron a utilizar el padel que tenian ellos. tambien nos prestaron una sombrilla de playa.. Cocina tenia todas lo que necesitabamos para cocinar, la ducha tenia champu, gel y toallas para cada persona. Nos sentimos en casa durante nuestra vacaciones. Si volvemos seguro que nos quedariamos con ellos. Recomendable!

πολύ καλοί και φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι, το δωμάτιο ήταν σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία με από κάτω ακριβώς μια πολύ όμορφη παραλία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και η κουζίνα είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Είναι πολύ κοντά στη πόλη και στον Καμπο περίπου 15 λεπτα αλλά ταυτόχρονα και μαρκια απο τη βαβούρα. σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά . ευχαριστούμε πολύ 😁

La casa di Ioanna, Villa Mastika è stata una splendida esperienza, ero solo, ma sarebbero state benissimo anche più persone. I genitori di Ioanna sono stati super accoglienti e gentili, ho trovato un appartamento intero solo per me super pulito, molto vicino al centro di Komi, un bellissimo patio coperto dove rilassarmi la sera. il WiFi era ottimo! così come l'aria condizionata e la schermatura delle finestre, finalmente una struttura in Grecia dove non vieni svegliato all'alba dalla luce del sole. Letto comodissimo, doccia ottimo, cucina super con tanti elettrodomestici, mancava solo una lavatrice, ma va benissimo così. Ho trovato molte sorprese per me nel frigorifero, c'erano bevande oltre l'acqua e il necessario per varie colazioni che non mi aspettavo e sono stato sorpreso e felice. In più essendo una vera casa e non un semplice studios c'era il necessario per farmi anche il caffè, olio per cucinare ecc... insomma esperienz fadantastica, mi manca molto Villa Mastika. Grazie❤🫂

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
