Monthly Rentals in Koloa Landing

Jacob’s place was perfect for our family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was extremely well appointed and had everything you would need for a great beach day or a night in cooking dinner. Beds were very comfortable and we loved hanging out on the back deck. Jacob was also very responsive and helpful whenever needed. 10/10 we all agreed we would love to stay again!

Beautiful place to stay for any occasion with your significant others. Beach front view, beach access with in walking distance, sights to see, shops close by, and amazing food near as well. 10/10 recommend this lil beach getaway

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience! The unit (1B1B) was super spacious for the two of us, and it’s in a lovely neighborhood really close to Poipu Beach. There’s also a shopping center nearby where we stopped for Starbucks. Lisa is honestly the best Airbnb host we’ve ever had. On our last night, our rental car got a flat tire and the battery died. It was a Friday night, and no one from the rental company or AAA was able to come help. Lisa’s daughter and son-in-law came and helped us put on the spare and jump-started the car. Then when we checked out the next morning at 6am, the battery died again, and we had a flight at 9. I messaged Lisa, and she responded right away and kindly lent us the jump starter again. We’re so grateful for her and her family’s help!

This condo was absolutely beautiful as was the view. We had an amazing time and it’s a good alternative to a resort for people who want a surprisingly private and luxurious but affordable experience in Kauai. I have no complaints about the condo. Notes from toddler parents: You will have to pay extra for rentals such as pack and play through a third party. They took care of it efficiently but just know that before you book. There is a great pool but it was mostly a chill area for retirees when we went. There are also many condos overlooking the pool. Everyone was lovely and loved our fairly quiet kid but it might depend! The most important note re kids, “Baby Beach” is about a 5 minute walk and that alone is worth your stay if you have a baby or toddler. Every time we went we met new young parents or nice retirees who were super friendly with our wandering kid. It has great wading areas on each end but go west for the littlest ones. Bring the provided chairs and umbrella and relax!
