Brooke is an amazing host! She was very responsive, most of the time within minutes, to any questions that we had for her. She even had a neighbor come to help try and diagnose a question for us. The condo was perfect for our family, especially our baby. Brooke had everything set up for us and it was ready to go. The location was just as described and very clean. We will definitely be recommending this condo and look forward to our next visit to Kauai.

The location and size was perfect for a family of four visiting Kauai for the first time! Just an hour’s drive to both Hanalei Bay and Waimea Canyon, we were able to comfortably and quickly explore every corner of the island as well as walk to cafes and beaches just minutes away from the apartment :) The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use, and watching the sunrise from the beach-facing lanais every morning with the birds and geckos was a huge highlight. The bedrooms had AC, but we did not need it - the fans kept the rooms plenty cool for us. You may get some noise depending on the neighbors, but during our stay they generally kept to the quiet hours posted. There is a fair amount of ambient street and harbor noise during the day. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had, and overall we had a wonderful stay here!

Die Unterkunft und vorallem der Ausblick waren genial. Man konnte jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet ob das Küchenzubehör oder das Strandzubehör. Huma war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach.

Jon’s condo was exactly as described, 5 star all the way. Of course we booked for the ocean front views and gorgeous landscaping of the condo complex. But the amenities of the condo were also fabulous. We fell in love with the new induction stove! The beds were very comfortable, we even slept on the couch pull out one night so we could sleep to the sounds of the ocean. We had a blast tide pooling steps away from the condo as well as snorkeling. We saw many fish, eel, and even a monk seal came up to rest on the beach. We love Wailua Bay as it’s protected when the wind kicks up. The location is perfect, an easy drive to either the south or the north (30-40 min). We will be booking again without hesitation!

Just an amazing location!! The place was super clean and very comfortable. Sitting on the back patio with the new furniture listening to the waves and looking out on the ocean was incredible!! Can’t imagine a better location. We could hear the waves from everywhere in the condo and falling asleep to the waves was fantastic! Roz was a great host and provided tons of local recommendations and was always very prompt getting back to us if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be back!!

Amazing! Todd’s place is beautiful with stunning views from every window. A perfect “home” for a week with my 15 year old. Tastefully decorated, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for cooking. Appreciated having access to the boogie boards and beach chairs, which got a lot of use. The pool was great for quick dips after a long day of adventures and the walk to Sealodge beach (right on the property)was fun and the beach was stunning. The condo is very close to Hanalei where we went most nights for amazing food. Todd is an exceptional host with great communication. He was able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in, which was greatly appreciated. Definitely 5/5!! Even my 15 year old was impressed;) Thanks Todd!!!

This location provided an exceptional experience. We primarily utilized the patio area, where we were able to appreciate the stunning ocean views and listen to the soothing sound of the waves throughout the night. The immediate vicinity offered hiking trails that we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. The pool, surrounded by sand, provided an ideal setting for relaxation and family bonding. Overall, this location effectively catered to our desire for relaxation and facilitated meaningful family interactions.

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring Kauai for the first time. We had no problems with traffic during our stay exploring south and north shores throughout our trip. The place was perfect for home base and we enjoyed running and biking on the path lining the beach next to the condo. Coconut marketplace is also walkable and super convenient for grocery needs and restaurant options. The shower is a slow drain, but nothing major - just turns into a bath for your ankles quickly. Everything was clean and decorated adorable. We would definitely stay again. Lovely place!

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

We enjoyed our very nice, quiet, and comfortable stay. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. One night, we decided to cook hamburgers in and everything that we needed was there! A hot plate, a frying pan, etc. It was nice to have a regular size refrigerator too. Loved this place, really enjoyed meeting Mike and Sue, and would book again! It was very convenient for our hikes in Waimea Canyon, to see the Spouting Horn, and turtles on Poipu Beach.

Great location and views were fabulous. We loved hearing the sounds of the ocean and the deck was great for morning coffee, whale watching and fantastic sunsets. This is an older complex and a few items could use some updates, but location and views can't be beat.

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

Cozy home with every necessity you can think of! In our short stay, Jake was communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Photos do not do justice to the view from this lodging-it is an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean from the living space. Wonderful space with 2 separate baths and bedrooms. Not at all cramped. Beds and linens are very comfortable, bathrooms well supplied with towels and paper products and shower heads are nice volume. Having laundry in the unit was a great bonus after days at the beach or with active outdoor activities. Area is very quiet (can’t even hear the ever-present Kaua’i roosters), feels very safe and is walkable. We would stay here again with no hesitation (and I don’t usually feel that way).

Quite condo with what felt like a private beach area. Plenty of cooking supplies although no spices or oil so bring your own. Bed was very comfy, nice to have ac.

My friends and I really like this place. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and the view from the room is the ocean But I just forgot to check that this room does not have air conditioning. When I went, it was rainy and hot and humid, but if you open the window, the wind will come into this room, but I closed the window because it might be from the rain, but overall it is good and near Safeway, restaurants, just across the street.

Michael's place was just great. The views off the balcony were so wonderful. Great breeze comes through the area. The beach is just steps away. Pool area was kept spotless. Michael had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and some snorkel gear. The condo was nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

Vicky was incredibly helpful before we arrived and during our stay. Her area recommendations were spot on and super helpful. She helped us find a few hidden gems in the area, and reinforced an idea we already had on our list of things to do. She handled a hiccup on the first day with quick communication, grace and kindness. The condo unit is exactly as described, in perfect shape, has all that we needed and more. Super convenient to use the beach chairs and boogie boards and condo unit provides beach towels- all to make the experience easier for travelers. We appreciated the oceanfront location, sound of the waves, views, proximity to snorkeling / lifeguarded beach at the park right next door. The location also makes an easy drive both north to Hanalei Bay and south/west to poipu and or Waimea canyon. Instructions for the house were perfect and spot on. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. When we do, we will absolutely stay here again.

All of these reviews you're reading are well deserved... this place is in a perfect location, just a bit removed from Poipu and the crowds at the resorts. If that's what you're after, it's an easy 4 minute drive or 20 min walk, but nice to be able to walk back to this condo for the more quiet atmosphere. There were plenty of turtles to see cruising the shallow bay right off the lanai, Whales could be seen further out if you spent a few minutes looking. The constant crashing of the waves put us to sleep every night No need for air conditioning, the temperature was perfect. All furnishings were comfortable and clean, everything was immaculate upon arrival. We had a few questions and hosts were quick to respond. Nothing but praise for these folks and the property. 2 Local food recommendations For vegetarian / vegan / plant based - "That Indian Place" and "Anatta's" Thai food truck, both within walking distance.

Great place. I hope to come back again. Beach was perfect. Fun pool for kids and families. Good gym too!

Everything was surreal❣️ The view overlooking Hanalei Bay was picture perfect 😍. The location couldn’t have been better and the condo was clean and comfortable and felt like home. Anne and George were the most amazing and hospitable hosts we’ve ever had! They sent us detailed information about their condo, the area, things to do, places to go, restaurants to eat at, hikes in the area, and many other things that we would not have known about unless they had told us. We will definitely try to stay there again if we can get back to Princeville! 10+++++

Amazing location! Central to lots of great activities. Mountain Tubing Adventure was a blast! Easy drive north to Hanalei Bay and likewise south to Poipu. The hike to Ho’opi’i Falls was awesome and very close by. Incredible paved bike trail along the ocean north to Ahihi Point. About 4 miles each way and was very easy (even for those of us out of shape). Lots of great food options. Loved Kenji, Wailua Drive-in, Little Fatties and Zumo Sushi. All in all a great trip and very comfortable accommodations. Will certainly go back!
