Monthly Rentals in Koliaki

This is a really beautiful old stable that's a stone's throw from the beach and walkable into town for restaurants and shops. We hung out in the garden loads, surrounded by the orange groves. It was a little noisy at times with the farming and we had to be quiet once the kids had gone to bed, but we had a great time and the kids loved it too.

The quality, size, and cleanliness: really excellent. Unbeatable value for money. Thank you, I really recommend it.

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

I would like to give 10 stars! We were personally welcomed by the warm hostess Katerina. The apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished & decorated. The kitchen is above average well equipped. A basket of juicy oranges and homemade jam was waiting for us. We were traveling with a baby. Katerina has set up a baby cot & chair. Even a baby bath & toys were provided. All our expectations were significantly exceeded. We got great culinary tips. The place itself is also a dream: very idyllic, in the middle of citrus and olive plantations. The villagers are very friendly. There is everything you need: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, fish shop, butcher, etc. Beautiful beaches as well as the small theater are within walking distance. In addition, the apartment is a good starting point for many excursions in the area e.g. Nafplio & the theater of Epidavros. Definitely recommended - a gem!
