Waterfront vacation rentals in Kolan

Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Größe für ein Paar oder Paar mit Kind. Es liegt fußläufig zur Stadt Pag und oberhalb zu zwei- drei schönen Stränden. Nachdem diese aber am Nachmittag (wir waren Mitte August) manchmal recht voll sind, sind wir mit dem Auto zu anderen Naturstränden gefahren. Hat für uns einfach perfekt gepasst. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, mit einer Küche mit 2 Gasherd-Stellen und vollem (!!!) Geschirr und Töpfen/ Pfannen. Das gibts ja nicht überall. Wir kochen auch abends mal gern, deshalb ist uns das wichtig. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, haben auch Strandliegen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen und eine Flasche Wein der Insel. Sowie auch Infomaterial. Und auch ein frisches Set Handtücher (wir waren knapp 2 Wochen). Alles in allem super guter Service. Die Lage ist sehr gut als generell Ausgangspunkt, wenn man auch mal mit dem Auto wohin fahren möchte. Wir kommen gern wieder.

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

Dieses wundervolle AirBnB kann man nur empfehlen - man möchte den Balkon nicht mehr verlassen - so schön ist die Aussicht und so beruhigend die Klänge der Meeresorgel. Alles ist 1a von der Ausstattung bis zur Kommunikation. Jederzeit wieder!

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco ed i due bagni sono muovi. La cucina è fornita di tutto quanto è necessario. L'appartamento ha un accesso privato al mare e vengono forniti anche i lettini per il mare. C'è un bel terrazzo con un tavolo e le sedie per mangiare fuori. Il mare è bellissimo. La posizione è molto tranquilla, forse l'unico problema è la distanza dai paesi, i supermercati più vicini sono a più di 20 minuti di automobile. Il papà di Anna è stato sempre gentilissimo con noi e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Esperienza molto bella.

The place was amazing, right in the trees with a beautiful creek and pond out front with wildlife. Great trails to the lake and amazing restaurants within walking distance. Great amenities and clean space. Totally worth it!

Mirna's place was fantastic! The view was stunning, so easy to get around old Zadar from there. The apartment had everything we needed, washing soap for the washing machine, coffee, lots of toilet roll, olive oil for cooking, which made it such an easy place to stay! For 2 it doesn't feel cramped at all, the balcony is a great people watching spot and the sunset and sea organ are great! Mirna herself was so so helpful, with quick responses, recommendations, and any help whenever we needed it! Would thoroughly recommend her place for a stay in Zadar!

If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight: der Balkon mit direktem Meerblick – einfach traumhaft! Die Lage war ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Super lokalizacja, przy samym morzu,blisko piekarnia i restauracje, w mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne. Spokojna okolica

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen sind zutreffend. Stipe hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber schnell per Chat erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Möglichkeit zu schwimmen und zu schnorcheln. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Marko ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und die Wohnung wunderschön, in perfekter Lage direkt am Meer!

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, aber ruhig genug, um erholsame Nächte zu genießen. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch: Klimaanlage, schnelles WLAN. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Zadar – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. Ich reise sehr glücklich wieder zurück - mein kleiner Urlaub in Zaglav bei Petra war perfekt. Petra ist eine super liebe Person, die mir vorher schon hilfreiche Tipps zur Fähre gegeben hat. We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und modern. Wir haben die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang geliebt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nin, Zadar, bzw. die Erkundung der vielseitigen Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter optimal. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
