Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kolan

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few meters to the first "beach", and some nicer coves are within a 10-minute walk. The communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately defective - but a replacement would have been organized if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at a different time of the year😊

The house is just as beautiful as in the photos. We felt right at home. Everything is very clean, the landlord has always been available and the hot tub is cleaned regularly. Everything was great. 😊

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

It was such a lovely area and it felt right at home. We checked in earlier and there was fresh fruit, snacks for my son, easter eggs for both my children and a lovely local red wine that was so smooth. They gave us tips on where to go and what to try in the area and what to eat. They even gave us some fresh eggs. It was a great stay. So responsive and absolutely amazing house to stay in. We had a ball!!!! Great playing area for the kids, as well as some games in the house. This was a great stay.

Dragana is a wonderful host. The property is first class, as it has everything that you could possibly want or need plus more. I can say that the photos do not do it justice....it is so much more than you see. Perfect for groups or 3 couples. We loved the convenience to the NP, would have loved to stay longer

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

We had a wonderful time in Nin and Marina's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The apartment is rather small overall, but completely ok for 2. Marina always responded quickly to our questions and even the refrigerator was filled with treats when we arrived. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there are many nice restaurants. We definitely recommend the apartment and will certainly come back ourselves 🤗 All the best, Marina!

We had a lovely holiday! The house was beautiful and equipped with every comfort. 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful swimming pool, 2 verandas in the shade, a BBQ. The reception was very warm and we were pleasantly surprised with some cold drinks and fresh fruit. During our stay, Ivana and her brother Marin gave us nice tips about the area. The location of the house is great; beaches, restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

I am very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything is better than shown in the pictures. The accommodation is decorated in style. The kitchen,bathrooms are all very nice and comfortable. I will definitely rent from Ms.Dragice again. The check-in was very easy,communication with the host also. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we felt at home. I highly recommend this place !

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

The host Vlatko and his parents were overall very pleasant and friendly hosts. They responded quickly and accommodatingly to short inquiries, for example, a knife sharpener was brought by the next day on request. The location of the villa is a bit remote, you can easily relax a little louder in the pool or jacuzzi in the evening. The surrounding mountains allow for excellent climbing or hiking tours. It is also about 40 minutes from Zadar. The equipment provided by the accommodation was impeccable and especially the stand-up paddle boards were great for enjoying the sea, which is a 5-minute walk away. Finally, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation here, only the rather bright living and dining room is great during the day, but a little bright for people sleeping in the living room. It’s a really nice house located in the forrest nearby plitvice. There’s also a nice river (Korana) to swim in and a swimmingpool nearby at a campsite. So we could relax in the morning on the terrace and in the garden and go for a swim in the afternoon. The house was very clean and had everything inside you need. Julijana is a great host. She is very friendly and always available to contact her for any questions or to help. Thank you again for the great time.

We had a great weekend getaway, absolutely lovely house in peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for winding down from city tempo. House is awesome, great size, and nicely furnished. It was more than enough space for 6 of us (4 adults 2 kids), kids especially loved the hot tub and lawn. All in all, highly recommend. 🙂

What a beautiful location! My family and I had a wonderful stay here while we explore Plitvice National Park. The cabin was perfect for all of us - from my 2 yr old son to my mother. We loved our stay here and hope to come back.
