Vacation rentals with breakfast in Koka

We had a fantastic stay at Maana Kamo in Kyoto. The home is beautifully designed and spotlessly cleaned. We loved the bath overlooking the small private garden. The location was close to the station and other major attractions.

Kyoko was a fantastic host, who even met us at the door before arrival to allow us to put our bags in early! She provided lots of local recommendations, had a beautiful space, and even provided us food and other snacks! It is in a great location, 15 min from Nara Park and 5 minutes to Nara Station (if train noises keep you up, be sure to bring earplugs!) and I cannot say enough great things about this stay!

Megumi made us feel right at home! she was super friendly and supportive of everything we wanted, and she even went all out to celebrate our engagement with her family! During the trip, she brought us around and helped us have an absolute blast! The cooking lesson was also superb; the food, the lesson, and the memories <3 Megumi would also take our preferences into account and prepare the visit to suit us! She's super attentive and immensely helpful :) Thank you for the stay, Megumi! We really enjoyed ourselves. This stay is easily the highlight of our trip <3

The place feels like home being spacious and has a smell of wood which very comfortable.

Thank you Yumi, you can see the owner's thoughtfulness from the small details in many homes.The decoration at the entrance is in line with the season, just like the flowers on the road, I don't know what flowers they are, but they are beautiful.There are also handwritten cards, cookies, and tea. Staying with children, this B&B is super convenient, very close to Tennoji Station, and there are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby.It is also convenient to go to Universal Studios and Kyoto.We chose this as a fixed place to stay for multiple nights, so we don't have to carry our luggage to change hotels.Absolutely fantastic! This time, I experienced the life of a Japanese family, and the children felt very fresh; the Japanese people around were friendly, and I went to buy Japanese incense, and the Hostess introduced it very warmly.The freshly made Japanese rice balls next to it are also delicious. We like modern style houses, this house is clean, the location and environment are good.The owner and neighbors are very friendly.We didn't want to go home during our trip to Osaka ~ We'll come again next time!☺️

It was a great stay with no inconvenience, with facilities and equipment that were as good as or better than the photos! Even if there was a malfunction with the equipment, they responded and handled it immediately. A place where just being there is a journey, even if you don't do anything.I will definitely be back!!! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enamored by this place. Kozo and the rest of the team were so welcoming and hospitable— walking us through every detail, providing recommendations, and take the time to learn about our travel needs. They provided more amenities than I have ever experienced at an Airbnb (skincare products, delicious snacks, and more). I could not have dreamed of a more picturesque place to spend my time in Kyoto. The neighborhood is quiet, local, with several good food options nearby and a stunning shrine just minutes walk away. It felt like we had warped back in time. We actually teared up as we closed the door to move onto our next destination.

This is an incredible boutique accommodation with beautiful decor and a generous stock of snacks. It is a rare gem where the space itself is something to be enjoyed rather than just a place to sleep for the night. The staircase to the second floor is quite steep, which may be challenging for guests with large luggage or mobility concerns. One of the highlights is the brand-new system bath, ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing ofuro experience in private. Since the building is located right next to the train tracks, you likely will not need an alarm clock. Some rooms include blackout covers, which are helpful for guests who prefer not to wake up with the early sunrise that begins around 4 a.m. in the summer. Overall, 後藤's place exceeded every expectation.

It was a trip with an active 0-year-old (8 months).The room was simple, so I had a comfortable stay without worrying about getting hurt. It was my first time staying in Fukushima, which has a downtown feel, but there are many restaurants in front of the station, and it was a fun trip in a bustling area! Thank you! I want to use it again!

The host was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere was always friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for me since I was attending a conference at the international conference centre (20 minute walk). The facilities were excellent for the price.

We stayed at four airBnb‘s in Japan and all have their good points, but this was by far the best. Located in a quiet suburb so not walking distance to the main sites of Kyoto, but with some lovely sites that we would not have seen otherwise Close by. It was as simple Uber ride or train ride to get into Kyoto for main sightseeing and it was lovely to come home to a quiet un bustling local with a wide choice of excellent restaurants to choose among. The apartment itself is spacious, by far the most spacious we stayed in And it’s part of a an apartment complex which has a small gym. Nori and Fumi even served us breakfast all three days we were there in another upstairs breakfast room. To top it off, they picked this up and dropped us off at this train station three days later. All in all it was a really welcoming and comfortable place to stay, well worth the price we paid

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean airbnb during a trip to Nagoya with my daughter. The early check in allowed us to easily move in after checking out from a nearby hotel. The hosts provided us with an extra bed after a simple request. The large monitor/TV, connected to my laptop using the USB-C and HDMI cables in the apartment, was great! I could do some work while the movable movable partitions created a separate bedroom.

Close to Fukushima station, close to luggage delivery office (open only Saturday /Sunday). Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Laundry powder, vacuum cleaner, washing machine was provided. Would stay here again.

The owners are friendly, considerate, hospitable and very comfortable.But the room is a bit cold in winter.

Chris went out of his way to make me feel welcome. If you are an English speaker, it may be that he can answer cultural and other questions about Japan. Chris was kind enough to drop me off at a swordsmith’s workshop nearby where I spent the day.

The first time I came to Japan with friends, this accommodation experience was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, satisfying our imagination of a Japanese homestay. There were also convenience stores and public bus stops nearby. Life and transportation were very convenient. The host was also very friendly. There was also a delicious breakfast every morning. If I come to Kyoto next time, I will definitely choose this place again without hesitation.

Such a nice stay at a b&b. Lan’s breakfasts were alway ready and a really pleasant way to start the day. The place was immaculately clean in a very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Good walking distance to restaurants and the train station was only about 10 min walk away. Lan picking us up and dropping us off at the station was a real bonus when luggage is involved. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Best Airbnb! we stayed at their 200 yeas old farmhouse with wonderful rooms, a terrace and surroundings. Very cozy big house. We have had a BBQ dinner together with the hosts and they also served us breakfast. it was super great to stay there.

I haven’t been to an such amazing place in a long time. Kazumasa and Hiroko are one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. The location is breathtaking which invited you to stay more than just a few days. I only stayed 2 nights and wished I had more time. Hiroko gave me some really nice recommendations where I should go and what to do. The breakfast was also super delicious and plenty. Mabulin the dog will welcome you with his playfulness and cheeky character. If I happen to be back in this area I definitely will stay with them again. Thank you

Chieri was welcoming and the perfect host. Together with her mother Kauri-san and beautiful WabiSuke, they made us feel at home and gave us a little experience of living within a Japanese Community which is what we were seeking. From inviting us to a local Sushi restaurant to allowing us to share her Tea Ceremony class, Chieri has made our short stay truly memorable.
