We renovated the 2 story earthenware built in the Edo period and made it a guesthouse. It is not spacious, but there is a kitchen with an IH cooking heater on the ground floor while leaving an earthenware wall or a thick beam.Air conditioner and oil heater are also equipped for a comfortable stay. You can experience the sound insulation unique to the earthen warehouse, the coolness of summer, and the warmth of winter. Please enjoy coffee brewed with freshly ground beans at the on-site Kominka Cafe. 10-20 minutes by car, there are Nagahama Taiko Onsen, Sogawa Onsen, Sugatani Onsen, and Ibuki Yuki.Sister River Onsen can provide coupon tickets (at a discount from the general price).For pick-up and drop-off, please contact us. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.
