Buitenhuysje met haard, Schoorlse duinen

Buitenhuysje de Roos is recent helemaal vernieuwd en heerlijk rustig gelegen. Het huisje is klein maar fijn, circa 55m2 en heeft 3 slaapkamers. In 2022 is ons huisje verbouwd, met een nieuwe badkamer, keuken en gietvloer. Er is een haard en fijne houten veranda, waar je heel privé zit, met prachtig uitzicht. Binnen 5 min. rijd je naar Bergen of Schoorl, waar je supermarkten, leuke winkels en horeca vindt. De duinen en het bos zijn op loopafstand en op de fiets ben je in 20 min op het strand.

Ga er even tussenuit en kom tot rust in deze mooie omgeving. Prachtig gebied om te fietsen en te genieten van de mooie natuur. Dicht bij duin en strand en de pittoreske plaatsen Bergen, Schoorl en Alkmaar. Aan de rand van het Geestmerambacht (natuurgebied) waar u heerlijk kunt wandelen en vogels kunt spotten. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om (elektrische) fietsen in de garage te stallen en op te laden. In de ruime achtertuin kunt u gebruik maken van de grote tuintafel. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf!

Studio Koedijk. Near beach, city and nature.

We welcome you in our home on the Great North Holland Canal. Our lovely studio has a private entrance and terrace and is situated on the ground floor. Includes use of 2 bicycles and a canoe. You can cycle from our studio to the beach in about 30 min. The historic city of Alkmaar is 15 min. away. Recreational area Geestmerambacht (walking, cycling, swimming, water sports) is within walking distance. Our studio is perfect for couples looking for a nice spot between the outdoors and the city.

Prachtige plek, weidegebied van Bergen (NH)

Een vrijstaande bungalow op een rustig gelegen plek. Vanuit de bungalow fiets je zo naar het strand van Bergen aan zee, het kunstdorp Bergen of naar de stad Alkmaar. Voor de bungalow is er een leuke tuin met veranda waar je in de zomer heerlijk in de zon kan zitten. Binnen bevind zich een ruime badkamer, complete keuken, vloerverwarming en airco. Iedereen is welkom, jong en oud! Maar let op: de woning is niet beschikbaar voor feesten, harde muziek etc. zeer goede verbinding naar de A9

In misschien wel het leukste laantje van het mooie Bergen, verwelkomen wij een ieder die in een pittoresk vrijstaand huisje met eigen terras op comfortabele sfeervolle manier wenst te verblijven. Het huisje kent een eigen opgang. Beneden bevinden zich de keuken (geen vaatwasser), eettafel, zithoek met 2 fauteuils, TV en badkamer met douche en toilet. Gaan we via de houten wenteltrap naar boven kom je onder het puntdak alwaar een goed 2-persoonsbed en opbergruimte te vinden zijn. Welkom!

100 jaar oude boerenwoning met 7 fietsen

Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan het Noord-Hollands kanaal. Het huis is niet heel stil gelegen, maar wel gezellig en centraal t.o.v. Alkmaar, Bergen en Schoorl. Zeer geschikt voor vriendinnenclubjes, fietsclubjes en gezinnen, die niet op een vakantiepark willen zitten. Het huis heeft veel oorspronkelijke details, wat het sfeervol en karakteristiek maakt. Het huis is geschakeld aan de woning van de eigenaar, maar er is volop privacy en een royale eigen tuin.

🐚In deze centraal gelegen ruimte voel jij je meteen thuis. En of je nu natuur, rust, strand of de gezelligheid van een superleuke stad (Alkmaar) zoekt... Alles is zelfs fietsend binnen handbereik. Fietsenhuur is daarom mogelijk. Zwemmen/suppen kan voor de deur. (Let op: het is geen officiele zwemgelegenheid) Geniet daarnaast van het landelijke uitzicht en de prachtige zonsondergang. Alles is hier in huis voor een heerlijk en gevarieerd verblijf!

Onder de Kastanje!

Mooie vakantiewoning in een rustige omgeving gelegen aan het Noord-Hollands Kanaal. Het rustieke karakter van deze woning past goed in de omgeving. In de voortuin staat een prachtige kastanjeboom waar de BnB naar genoemd is. Vanonder de boom heb je een mooi uitzicht op het kanaal en de daar achterliggende weilanden en duinen. Alle ingredienten voor een heerlijk en ontspannen verblijf!
